This is the greatest Clippers team they've ever had with 2 superstars in their primes. Still cannot get out of the 2nd round. They may have a future but 2nd round is the farthest they can go

They shouldn't have even got out of the first round against the spurs

Am I the only one who would actually see 95% of my hate for the Clippers evaporate if they moved to Seattle and renamed themselves the Sonics? IF they did that I would pretty much be OK with them and just dislike Biff and Greaseface. But there's guys on every team I dislike so...

I wouldn't say ALL of it, because CP3 would still be on there.

Let them become the Sonics and Griffin lead the team.

I'll still hate them for the whining and flopping but I'll hate them less since they aren't here anymore. Main reason for hating them so much was because they acted like they owned LA when they are the worst sports team here.

I'd go from 100% to about 75% probably.

I liked the old school Sonics.

If we could get rid of the Clippers once and for all and be done with this for good, and all I had to do was agree that officially I wouldn't hate them anymore because they're the new Sonics now and they play in Seattle... yes, absolutely. Sign me up immediately. I'll be the biggest towel waving Sonics fan outside of Seattle if it means the 35-year Clipper nightmare is finally over.

Move to Seattle, and I won't complain about them at all.

Add Chandler and Pierce to that group and if both of them are healthy come playoff time they're in the Conference Finals.

With a thin bench, both will play above what they should be logging. Clippers are just about maxed out so upgrades will be hard to come by if they want quality. The 82 game season is a grind especially in a tough Western conference. Both are older and injuries to them are a real possibility.

Agreed. It's a huge caveat for both of them to make it through a season, but it's a way better fit if they get there. All it would take is an injury to one of them though and they're right back where they started.

I agree, assuming they don't have to play GS until they get there. If the Warriors play their cards right, they could dominate for the next 3-4 years.

I think it will take a long time for Chris Paul to get over this one.
He wanted for years now to be in a conference finals, he was so close, and he didn't do anything to navigate the crushing ship. Chris and Blake are not enough. Unless they will get a good scoring SF (and Paul pierce is not the answer), they will be stuck on that 2nd round.
Injury free, SA GS OKC MEM are better than them. and probably HOU will join that list next year.

The Clippers' Future ..... apparently will be played in these butt ugly new unis. LOL at Ballmer. He had to sign off, rather than fire the mensa that came up with the design. The logo on the white one is bad enough, but yowza [IMG] with the bleep on the red one. Clippers gonna clip.

Man, these new Clippers uniforms are straight garbage and should be burned

Normally, when a team comes out with the new jersey, my reaction is "Hey, that looks cool!" Generally, teams pay talented design people to make cool-looking things and they do a good job because they are good at their jobs. Today I woke up and saw the Clippers' new uniforms and I vomited until my spleen came out of my mouth.

    The new Clippers uniforms.

Wait... those aren't the practice uniforms? Those are the real uniforms? They're gonna wear those in games? On TV?

APPARENTLY SO. And they are real!

On another note, Julius picking up some fouls be damned...... cannot wait to see the collisions between these two and I know who my money's on for most of those outcomes. There will be no "flopping" needed.
