He provides a very useful skillset other than points and playmaking tho...minutes. In that regard Fudd is a dud. Haha More minutes for Melo on the court in the regular season, means less minutes for key core players that should help our postseason chances. But alas that option is now a guaranteed deal in Portlandia, so till the next option comes up, you can be content with Dudley for another dia.

Teams generally have backups that you know, play minutes, to help their stars out. Bron/AD playing 35mpg at the 3&4. Kuz avg 23mpg. Meanwhile Fuddz getting healthy DNPs. That’s with routes...with injuries...with even Kuz out and on a minutes restriction. I ain’t talking 14th/15th types like Daniels...I’m talking legit the 2nd man that supposed to step on the court for either Bron or AD when they need a breather. There are only 3 teams with their star duos avg heavy minutes so far. Htown with Harden/Russ, Portland with Dame/CJ and us. Now if you consider CJ a tier 2 star, it’s our superstar duo vs Htown’s for league high honors in mpg. What do we know about MDA and is it wise to be in that exclusive company with it duo?
