sighs wistfully while thinking of Quinn Snyder, former lakers assistant.

"Lakers Coach Byron Scott said there were trust issues among the players, the latest red flag in a season already filled with them."

More dumping on the players in a cancerous way. M - bleeper! I like the tweet last night from whomever saying the Lakers were the worst prepared team every night in the NBA.

Pray harder, sacrifice a goat or something .... not looking good Jimmy.

Was about to post this myself. Deadspin loves to hate on Kobe (although he's given them plenty of ammunition lately) but they're spot on here.

I don't think I've ever felt embarrassed as a Lakers fan the way I do now. This guy has to go. I've seen enough and I don't want to see anymore of it.

You are right Byron, there are trust issues. It's the players not trusting you!

Yeah. It's really gotten bad. I thought he would survive the whole season, but I'm really not sure anymore.

This guy is a clown. An absolutely delusional clown. What have the mighty Lakers come to if this idiot is at the helm?

MDA and Mike Brown made lots of stupid decisions, but they also did some things right. But Byron is a whole another level of stupid. He does literally NOTHING right. This is comedic at this point lol.

I held on to one more straw with Byron, but when he decided not to play Russell AT ALL in the 4th last night? I'm done.

Laker management's stubborn penchant to re-create the past by hiring retread coaches has done the organization the last few seasons. D'Antoni and now Scott... Yes, I think of Snyder and there are candidates out there I am sure could work better with these new-age players like that interim head coach up north.

I think he doesn't understand that no one buys this tough-love, man-up, fake-hardnose persona? But more importantly - no one cares?

Teach the kids the game, or get the hell out of MY team, you showtime-coattail-riding moron...

I think he actually believes the players just "don't get" his system, but if they did, we'd all see the light.

He believes it so strongly and so forcefully that the young ones buy in.......for awhile. After they figure this out, not even a hall of fame level PG like a Kidd or a Paul can save your arse.
