If he is back next season, I'll take a break from the Lakers. I can't handle another year of Byron Scott. I'm absolutely sick and tired of this FO relying on former Lakers. They continue to call back to the glory days. I'm tired of it, move on, be progressive.

Eff her if she truly pushes for this and is instrumental in bringing him back. Because it's a big eff you to all knowledgeable Lakers fans, to the returning players on this team, including just ruining the atmosphere again next year for our core young guys. And because it means another horrible out of the playoffs running guaranteed next year. This guy has lost this team and is toxic. No mercy in the media from fans next year.

Kings, Wiz, and Rockets are already coach shopping. Better pray we can nab Luke with the p&g loyalty bit + how much money he still owes us from that ridiculous contract. Rest of the pool is going to dry up before we get done dragging our feet.

Yep, that's why I wanted B0ron fired mid-season or even trade deadline. Enough of this loyalty crap. "Oh what's it gonna hurt if he's coach til the end of the season to let both he and the FO save face?". Well it probably costs you a coach like Thibs. Then we end up keeping him another season and I hate my own NBA team, F that.

We all want him fired but it won't happen. I guess it's time for the 1 year boycott.

I'm not giving up yet. We have exit interviews with the press and with the FO. If all the players revolt and tell Jeannie and the FO they don't want this man back, there's still a chance.

Instead of Kobe dropping the mic after saying "Mamba out," he should've just fired Byron on the spot

Jeanie wants him to stay so the franchise can fail again next year and she can push everyone, including her brother, out the door.

Scott on the bench forever linked to Kobe's final iconic performance will be the lone black spot associated with the game. Why couldn't he have sat at home on his couch last night?

I'm all for the BoyScott if he's brought back.

FML if he's back... what a terrible way to sour on Kobe's perfect ending last night.

We're just going to waste away another year and just kill the growth of DLo, Randle, and JC. It's so pointless. Honestly, the Buss family needs to sell the team. They're terrible.
