Yea, Saric is rolling. If he keeps it up or stays consistent I think he'll end up with ROY.

Wasn't afraid of the moment, but he just couldn't get a shot to fall late in the game.

Lol. He missed a lot of threes and FTs. Keep shooting, rook. He had boards and assists and I think the best +/- on the team.

His defense is legit. And he's really improved on his aggressiveness, but hasn't turned that corner where the aggressiveness pays off enough for him to feel confident.

Is Luke doing some one off first of its kind experiment to see how much a skinny 19 year old rookie body can take with minutes played? Iron man BI with 42 tonight.

He absolutely needs to start knocking down the open jumpers. That's a huge problem for our offense. It's clear he's thinking too much, but of all the things he does either good or bad, that's the most important right now. Just take your shot and stop thinking about it so damn much.

Yes, Ingram seems like he might be mentally weak. Missing open Js and free throws starts and ends between the ears.

    Liberal Swine Rant:

I'm always bothered by that phrase. Can we say he might be overthinking? Or that he might have a mental block? No one has any idea how mentally tough or weak he is, but he's 19, second youngest in the NBA, earning about the most minutes on the team, and being scrutinized by millions. Most of us stress out about traffic. We're massively mentally weak if that's the scale we're using.

but he's that kid if he sat on your lap you'd complain about his bony butt.

Not soft. Growing into his future ahead of schedule. 19? You're going to be ok kid.

Exactly. Have we really forgotten Kobe air balling 3 three-pointers in Utah? I think it's safe to say something was going on in between his ears to do that as even I wouldn't have airballed three consecutive shots like that. Sure. Maybe something is going on in between his ears, but mentally weak?

Exactly. most casual fans when they saw Kobe air ball 3 threes thought he isn't clutch and folds under pressure. Instead, and this is something Rick Fox even said that he was more impressed that Kobe kept shooting those 3's despite the airballs. Shows just how mentally tough he was even at a young age of 18.

Hard to say if he is mentally soft, we haven't played one meaningful game in the past 4 years, let alone one with Ingram on the squad

He's just playing like a rookie, man.

exactly. he rushes everything, but it doesn't mean he's mentally soft. I expect to see a calmer, more mature player in season 2.

Brandon is one of the most already consistently positive grind it out guys we have, if not the most. Pain tolerant likely as well. The kid clearly hasn't much padding. From day one when Luke told BI to bring the ball up the court .... you handle it ..... he has continually and yes now at an accelerating pace ..... driven into the lane and jumped and initiated contact and gotten his a** repeated kicked but is right there coming back for more. Always. The kid is tough mentally.

He'll need to be mentally tough when he's traded to Indiana.

    Hope he likes the cold.
