A lot of his shots , especially at the beginning of the game , were without any movement/motion before .

As Zach Lowe said he's a good player attacking close outs on the weakside .

The Lakers coaching staff don't put him in this position enough... like at all

We may be arguing over semantics, but his shot is OK. His FG% is too high to be considered one of those "scorer" types that get their points form hoisting up 20 shots a game. His shot from inside 15 feet looks pretty smooth to me. Essentially he has to MAKE 1,000 3's a day this offseason. Not shoot 1,000, MAKE 1,000. If he can even get his 3 point percentage up to 35%, he would be an all-star caliber player.

His mid-range has been pretty darned good. It's the long range that disappeared. He'll hit a big one occasionally like last night but the form just isn't there and so he's hesitant to use it. As Savory said he needs to take about a million three point shots this summer. Heck, even now. Get a shooting coach and work on it, kid. It would be a huge difference maker in his game. That's what Ariza did and then he turned into a very good player because of it.

Yeah his shot will get better with repetition. The bigger concern for me is the rate of his physical development. He hasn't added much mass since his rookie season. He's still rail thin, and it takes away from his strength on offense, which is attacking the basket.

Even last night, he would have made that layup against Horford if he wasn't moved so easily.

I think we'll have to get used to rail-thin Ingram. For two offseasons now he's reportedly worked really hard on strength. I just don't think he can do much more in that area.

If he were a normal dude like you or I, I'd agree, but asking someone who has trouble putting on weight to do so while playing 82 NBA games along with 100 some odd practices...his Laker duties will leave him at -500 calories or so just to start the day.

I just hope he doesn't turn out as a less athletic ver. of Wiggins, sort of looking that way with his shooting and inefficient O

He'll gain weight after he is 35 or 40, not even kidding. He literally needs to gain 30 lbs at least, to look like a normal, muscular athlete, that's how much behind he is. And that's not easy.

    4) This comes after the trade deadline
    5) Not being reported is that he yelled out "bruh, this is for Beas" while throwing up the band
