    General rule of thumb:

Take anything posted by sirron with a grain of salt and plenty of conduction still running through your sarcaradar. Especially when it pertains to LaBron... Dudes a closet fan for Real!

Btw, is it baiting when you're calling out a trollbot?

    Still love you bro!

what are you talking about, its just normal process of letting the media in for their practice/shootaround.

This isn't uncommon that they let the media in

Kind of what I figured. All searches I did on the time table of how long a strained hip flexor can take to heal it said anywhere between 1-8 weeks given the grade of the strain.

I could see Ingram misses more time though 1-2 weeks

So it's a "groan" injury after all... not an L hip flexor?

To be honest I never really saw how the fall could end up in a hip flexor strain. It seemed like a contusion was possible on his left hip flexor, but the hips can be weird. It might have happened off of the push when he jumped.

That being said, left groin strain makes way more sense given that Winslow jumped on top of him. That makes way more sense.

Groins strains are no joke and easily can be reinjured. Take your time back, no rush. You carried us with Zo out, now let Zo earn his stripes and lead the team for a bit.

Not really surprising news seeing as how Winslow came flying in at like 80mph knee first and smashed BI in the groin, then tackled him. Dude is in apparently in the wrong sport.

It wasn't the fall. If you watch those last minutes before ingram came out of the game I'm almost certain it was the close out of a 3 point shot Ingram made on defense where he got hurt and had to come out of the game. Maybe the fall weakened that part of the body, but Ingram was still able to shoot the FTs and move around on defense before that.

Another reason I'm certain it was the close out, if you get to watch video of that closeout again look at Ingram motion to the bench asking Luke to be taken out of the game. Ingram never looked over at the bench right after the fall, while shooting FTs, and moving around on that next defensive possession.

Sucks, we're really going to miss his length defensively and play making ability against POR tonight and against DEN. Against the Magic, we should definitely beat them considering their talent and what happened last time we played them.

Great. Ingram going to miss critical games against Portland, Denver and possibly Cleveland.

Just effing great. We seriously cannot catch a break on injuries. Oh well, just means Zo, IT2 and Kuzma need to step up in his absence.
