Yep, posted this right before he got hurt. Their season is over. Kawhi is playing out of his mind, but PG sucks!
clips were going to win the series, regardless, but now it will be short, so that's lucky for them. playoff luka was fun while it lasted.
Dallas might have one more win in them... PG shoots 18% (11% for 3), then has this to say: ""I'm no James Harden," George said of how he tries to impact the game on both ends of the floor. "That's not my knack ... to just shoot the ball, score the ball. I can and I pride myself on being effective on both ends. But there's going to be nights like this where I just can't make a shot, and I can't allow that to affect my game. "Shot-making ... scoring the ball is not what I [only] do," he added." Harden is twice the player he is. PG is taking a shot at him for absolutely no reason, instead of taking some responsibility for his bad play.
Is any fine or suspencion coming for Harrell for calling Luka ? the NBA has to suspend Montrezl Harrell and send a message that race-based derogatory comments like his on the basketball court won’t be tolerated. The NBA has already set this precedent with gay slurs on the court, why not with racial-based insults as well?
Too lazy to search but I've no problem if I know the answer helping others when they're too lazy ..... What did intense I'm a mean guy Harrell say to or about Luka?
That's just not alright, especially not at this point in time. Now, what he said does not have the same connotation as if Luka said the reverse version to Montrezl - not even close. But I firmly believe that - while there is a place for trash talk on the NBA court - the color of the skin, sexual orientation etc. should not be a part of it. Just don't do it. (Also, everything else aside - Montrezl has no place talking trash to Luka, because compared to him, Doncic is a basketball God. IMO, you have to be at least close in the level of play to truly talk trash to your opponent.) Finally, Trez did apologize to Doncic for this, Doncic accepted, so I think it's all good. Harrell understood and acknowledged his mistake.
