Last season, Hibbert played with a couple of rookies, a system that changed halfway through and the lack of one to begin with plus the ball was stuck for better or for worse with one player. On topic: Brown was good for morale and it seems that the core liked him as part of them. He was frustrating to watch though when he had the opportunity to do something. The Artist Formerly Known As Ron Artest on the other hand can be called on in a pinch to do what Brown does defensively and won't be expected to shoot. It's not as if he will take away major minutes from the incumbent Deng and stunting Ingram's development. He can organize the defense on the floor too.
Wish him well, but whatever he does it wont involve a Laker's uniform. He is one player I am not worried about coming back and biting us. He is allergic to purple and gold. If those colors are in the arena, the shots ain't coming from downtown Brown.
obviously wouldn't look like that here but I"m sure he could've had spurts like that, something I highly doubt MWP has any of it in him anymore
.... yeah..... but when was the last time A. Brown laid one of these on someone who desperately needed it?
i'll be very curious to see how he pans out. i see why the lakers cut ties, though. he did A LOT of missing open shots during his time here.
