has there been any word on who might pursue drummond and at what cost? feel like his name hasn't come up at all, even for us.
honestly, i'm having a hard time picturing the team that would be pursuing him as a starting center. i don't think there is one. seriously: maybe the nets?
Charlotte was expected to be interested, but they addressed the position this week. And like @TIME said, I've seen him linked to the Heat by a couple different places.
they didn't pack the paint cause rest of bucks players were all 3pt threats, i bet you didn't even watch any of the finals
connington n lopez shot well from 3s as well...im not saying we need to have all good 3pt shooters but we still need them to be a threat....teams wilm gladly leave russ wide open for 3s n if paint gets packed AD will start become reliant on his jumshots as well
marc gasol is our version of brook lopez in this debate. i'm guessing whomever we end up with at sg will be respected from distance as much as connaughton. but the bottom line is we don't need drummond.
Which worries me. It makes me think the Lakers have already wrapped it up...which might mean full MLE...which means we can't retain Caruso.
That would literally be awful. Instead of pairing Russell Westbrook a pedal to the metal player who can't shoot with a smart defensive minded partner the Lakers will play him with a slow plodder who also can't shoot
