Caruso kept the ball moving...had a nice pick off and played the passing lanes well. Looked hesitant out there when he had a shot.

He will find his shot. Right now with all the talent around him he is a little hesitant to shoot. Very helpful to the team.

it was great to have a PG running the show, and I hope Lebron and the coaching staff can see it's better for us. Looked like a completely different team with him out there.

Lots of movement and cutting. Real basketball n stuff.

Great adjustment from Vogel putting Caruso in there in the second half. Changed the game and we went up big.

She's thinking..."Hey there, share some of my French Fries?" :)

It was an ongoing banter between Jackson and his partner last night about what she was eating. Crazy...

Raise your hand if you think it would make more sense more often to see Caruso at the point running the game and trying to get the ball to Cook for the catch and shoot or create something there ..... than having the much shorter Cook doing that and trying to get it to Caruso?

Was it just me or did the Lakers offense take on a different look with Caruso at the point? Even with just him always looking to cut when he didn't have the ball, that alone added some motion. Much better than putting him down in the corner waiting for a pass. C'mon let him get experience and improve the flow of the game at the 1 spot. He's a 6' 5" PG which doesn't suck and gives Lebron a breather without giving up too much defense there in relief of Bradley. Tough to play even close to how well Bradley has on D so far and much better than Rondo in that area.

I tentatively trust Vogel to break down his depth chart well behind Bradley being the best obviously on D. Caruso probably best all around. If Rondo's head is screwed on straight and not putting too much mustard on the ball too often .... certainly good value there. With Green or Bradley alongside him maybe they can hide him a bit.

We played with some faster tempo, felt like the ball was moving around, he was moving off ball and I think I recall a play where he missed layup, but since the big came over then Dwight was able to dunk it back.

Defense was very good, lot of activity and effort. Hate when guys dont have hands moving around to deflect passes

made like, three defensive rotations in the first few minutes he was in the game that nobody was making in the first half. mucked things up for utah's offense. he gets in the right spots. he's a little tentative with the ball these days, but i think he'll get over it.

More minutes and more relief for LeBron handling the ball. Cook doing well. Rondo will have to take care of the ball to get consistent minutes and Kuz coming back telling us he will have more chops this year handling the ball and creating. Overblown worry that Bron has to do more than he just wants to do.

No one is saying he’s a star, but yeah, if we’re going off who is on this roster...

    Haha...nice sub bro.

I agree that playmaking is actually a lower priority (behind true depth at the forward position other than Kuz), but you can never have too much of it on a veteran squad like ours. Cook and Caruso were hobbled, Rondo stays out, Kuz is also coming back. So you don't want to just throw em there...ease em in.

You can never have too many playmakers (unless they're Harden)...its a good problem to have if we keep adding more guys that help Bron offball so that he can take over in the 4th if the game is in doubt. I mean Vogs will (kinda) tell you that too...
