Can someone explain this: How would the Warriors have acquired AC? While he’s eligible for the Gilbert Arenas Rule contract, (2 years/not drafted/RFA)the acquiring team needs the annual average salary as available cap space, let’s say they offered him 2yrs/6M, they’d need 3M cap room. But the GSW have no cap space for RFA left. So I’m not following the “interest” by them, if they couldn’t use cap space for him. And it rarely happens that a team can use the Arenas Rule to acquire a player. Usually the team they played for just matches the offer sheet.

No explanation necessary. Just said they were "interested". With the raw magnetism exuding from AC what team would not be?

I must have missed the Shirtless Donkey Rule in the 2017 CBA.

Dammit @Weezy. He does completely look like Jon Barry instead of Edward Norton in American History X.

Why did you have to ruin the Jon Barry free lives we were all happily living lol

LMAO he actually kinda looks like a decent Lex Luthor. It’s better than I thought, he really does look like he should be taken more seriously. He doesn’t have that Jon Barry resting doucheface.

Agree. I would like to see him start over Rondo. If he can hit 3s at 40% or higher, he could be a top 20 PG statistically.

Love his confidence. Nice chemistry with Bron too.

OK I admit I'm biased. One of last remaining kids, light skinned connection and rooting for him to succeed in spite of all the online hair shaming at LB. :giggle:

But I love his game. Watch that clip and just imagine if he steps it up another notch over the summer. The kid is a little older but he's just approaching his prime years. He's technically sound in all aspects of the game. Not the star level explosive athleticism but quick and athletic enough to go with his great PG height. Great stroke, takes care of the ball, good passer, has some some flair out there but not looking for the sports center highlights (they find him because of his game) and a Smart player that plays hard nosed and decent to good defense. Most bang for the buck contract for our needs on the roster IMO. Well and Boogie too of course. Basketball gods please grant AC health this year. Big fan! Totally like when you spot that young new horse at the track and you can just tell .....
