Gotta pay the dude. Can't go nuts, but he's the glue. A token of our appreciation.

Indeed, he balled out in the end of LeBron's 1st season.
I think he doesn't play more because they want to give minutes to other guys. He does have liabilities and we shouldn't rely on him too much to take the offensive strategy. Just like KCP, we can't ask too much of them as they are very good in limited roles

I would offer AC 5 years 40 million. He would sign that and you pay him enough to use him in a big trade if you have to, and you have a glue guy who you know will always contribute for only 8 per.

I think he has room to improve too. If he becomes a sniper from 3 and cuts down on his turnovers, the last couple years of that type of contract would be highway robbery.

Injured foot in the playoffs may have had some impact on his shot.

What are you looking at for your statement? I’ve put the stats up 3 times now. Last time three posts above your’s here. It was 35%. You got a different set? Let’s see em. Maybe one set is wrong?

Another fun fact on the Bald Eagle. Just now was talking to a neighbor walking down the sidewalk while I was trimming bushes with my awesome new cordless hedger, 1 of 4 including full blown lawnmower lithium battery powered yard tools. All are awesome. Said he had a friend some years back that (don’t know the details how) used to take one to the fairs, secured and perched on his metal protected arm. That guy said every once in awhile they of course like to stretch. I commented on a photo of one here in Alex’s thread the thing looked like it weighed 25lbs. This guy just told me they get up to 30lbs or bigger and wait for it all you NBA wingspan honks :giggle: Each wing was 7’ long so 15’ wingspan with body thrown in. Holy crap. No wonder they can pull smaller rock climbing goats and such off cliffs and drop them to kill them and then fly down for their meals.

Edit …. LOL the neighbor is full of s***. Just thought I better fact check with a search …. make that 5’9” - 7’ total wingspan on adults. And I had clarified he was talking each wing and not total span. Still a g-damn big bird.

what brand are your tools? i just got some dewalts that have been pretty good. i was a gas-powered guy for years, but i'm liking the batteries.

i really thought that story was heading for an eagle stealing lawn equipment, though.

I had a bald Eagle put on my arm at an event I went to. They really are beautiful birds. Much prettier then power tools. :Carusohearthands:

How cool Cookie. Forgot to add when I mentioned they stretch from time to time on the arm perch that’s when the wings go out. The guy told him he saw part of the wing/feather structure shift in shape like flaps on a plane for take off and the eagle did flap them a bit and felt like it was going to dislocate his shoulder. A woman nearby got worried and asked why it kept staring at the the small dog she was carrying. He said, “lunch”. :D

Who’s the jack*** who wrote that and couldn’t come up with a better opening description of AC than “pest”?

No way he is going to the Cavs for a couple M more. He doesn't resign with us only if we undervalue him. If we give him a fair offer, he will re-sign
