Btw, the international rule where if the shot hits the rim its live is much better than the imaginary cylinder rule the NBA uses.

Honestly I hate that rule. Completely eliminates shooter’s bounce plays. That Kawhi game winner vs the Sixers could in theory have been swatted off the rim, and I hate that.
Lowry with a choke job. Could have gone up by 5-6 but decided to try and hero ball it into a turnover and 6 point swing.
Raptors sphincters got tight, played prevent instead of playing their game, Warriors up 3, huge mistake. Lowry’s history of being a loser coming back.
I like it. Make the shot in the first place, not relying on the bounce. Removes the arbitrary grey area of " is the ball over the cylinder or not, should I touch it".
If the ball bounces around and goes in, you did make it. Some of basketball included luck, some of the best shots ever had some luck, I don’t like eliminating that aspect of the game. The international rule feels very grade school playground to me.
That might have been Toronto’s best chance. Plenty of chances down the stretch, thought they went away from Kawhi a bit after he got them the lead.
