This is set up for high drama- TOR wins G4, goes up 3 to 1, KD and Klay are back after that, GSW wins 3 in a row to take the title, with 2 of those on the road. That's a realistic ending.

Kawhi is owning the Warriors so far.

The Warriors would have won Game 7 if Kerr didn't play Varejao and Ezeli in the 2nd half .

Green was GS best player in Game 7 ...

The game 5 suspension is overblown imo , sure it helped the Cavs but Bron and Kyrie scored 82 in that game ...

I disagree. Granted there is no way to ever know who is right with something like this. But Green was having by far the best year of his career. They didn't have Durant yet, so losing Green was enormous. And I doubt Lebron and Kyrie score 82 points if the Warriors best defensive player was in the game.

I mean it's not like he missed Game 6 and 7 . His suspension did help shifting the momentum of the series and probably gave the Cavs a reason to believe they could come back but I think Barnes having a HORRIBLE shooting 3 games stretch , Curry choking down the stretch and Kerr being ( as usual) full of himself thinking he could get away with his poor rotations/strength in numbers BS in a Game 7 had more to do with the loss than the suspension .

You're right we'll never know what would have happened in Game 5 with Green though

thrives for the same reason kobe did, imo: in a league where teams gear up to get only certain shots, he can get and make almost any shot on the floor. defenses really can't stop him unless they send multiple guys. you can't overplay him to a side or to a spot (like you can harden). kd's like that, too. it's why gs is missing him. though i still think they'd be fine if everyone else was healthy. just got nailed by the injury bug at a bad time. cleveland ain't cryin' for them.

Ugly game so far, Raptors 2-15 on threes, Warriors 2-10. Klay and surprisingly Looney have been huge for GS, Kawhi and Ibaka keeping Toronto in it.

Kawhi tore the Warriors defense apart in the 3rd, wow, 17 points in the 3rd, Raptors up 12 going into the 4th.

I hate when Curry just jacks up a long contested threes early in the shot clock. Those long rebounds lead to transition for easy buckets. He did that twice in the 3rd.

Kawhi and Ibaka huge in this qtr. And to me Green/Iggy can't even hold Kawhi/Siakam's water right now.

Nick Nurse fleeced Kerr and Curry in 3 moves - Kerr freaks out when the Raps went box & 1, Kerr puts in Cook who gets PnR'd with Ibaka. Kerr freaks out again and puts in Klay who gets taken by Kawhi on 2 straight possessions. Huge 3rd.

If this is true, the Warriors are in troooouuuble. I’m not gonna lie I’m rooting for the Raptors anyway, I don’t want to see them three-peat, the Lakers will still have that over them, and I think Kawhi is staying there win or lose

It’s so true. Nick Nurse should get a lot of credit. He has outcoached Kerr and his team is playing with so much poise.

If the Raptors close this out in Toronto, or win in 6 or 7, the DeRozan for Kawhi trade is one of the best in NBA history, right? It’s already the best move in franchise history, but if they win a title, that’s franchise changing, and it essentially ends a dynasty if KD leaves.

They haven’t won yet, but if they do, don’t forget Jeremy Lin too. 2 former Lakers greats getting rings elsewhere

Well, I actually think he'd be more likely to leave if he won, so... Yay!!!!
