If Lebron wants to make up for making bad decisions by "forcing" management to sign lousy players like JR and TT, he needs to go to the Lakers with Paul George, sit back, and let Rob and Mag make a title team for the next 3 years for him.

I was cheering for GSW when the game was close, but once the lead got close to 20 and the crowd was quiet, I actually began feeling sad for Lebron and the Cavs having to take on this monster team while being heavily outmatched.

But I guess that's what happens when you have such monster powerhouse teams in the West, and weak teams in the East.

Any time I start feeling bad for Lebron though, I remember that he started this whole "forming a superteam" thing with Miami.

Finally it’s over. That was a looooong way to get to what we knew was gonna happen as soon as last season ended, Warriors winning again. On to the draft and free agency.

Jeez that was brutal...lebron definitely checked out but there wasn't much he could do. This was a lost series from the get go.

How did Curry not get the Finals MVP? He had 3 great games, Durant had 2...

Just came back to say you can tell Steph was a little bit hurt not winning finals MVP, it's like the only thing missing from his trophy collection. KD was a little more consistent, that game 3 performance killed Steph's chance.

He'll never get one, this was his only chance.

But KD's career is looking better and better. Multiple scoring titles, multiple championships, multiple finals mvp's, regular season MVP, and many more. Can't believe he was chose second to Greg Oden.

    Steph got robbed.

To be honest they both had pretty even showings this finals but gotta spread the wealth a little. I think they went with the "KD's bad wasn't as bad as Steph's"

I noticed it too, Jazzygirl205. I saw him looking over at KD with that trophy and you could see it was bugging him. That was the first "rub" I've seen between those guys. Not sure it will be the last before their tenure together is done. It's not going to last forever over there.

Durant had a better Finals by quite a large margin IMO...

    Durant - 28.8 pts, 10.8 reb, 7.5 ast, 2.0 blk, 0.8 stl, 52.6 FG%, 40.9 3P%, 96.2 FT%
    Curry - 27.5 pts, 6.0 reb, 6.8 ast, 0.8 blk, 1.5 stl, 40.2 FG%, 41.5 3P%, 100.0 FT%

As someone mentioned that Game 3 stinker by Curry really hurt his chances.

so apparently lebron was playing hurt during the finals

also, i would've given curry the MVP but durant was deserving as well. still, you know it bothers curry that he's won 3 titles and has 0 finals MVP's
