Saw an article today that Clarkson was buying a home in Woodland Hills during the playoffs. Probably sounds worse than it appears, but not a good look when you are sucking it up during the playoffs. I never felt JC was committed after he got his current contract.
I’m semi-torn on that one. I think he would play better here than he is in Cleveland, but he’s too expensive for what he offers. I think a strong willed rookie could give as much production. Plus I see him in the similar vein of DLO in being too preoccupied with social life off the court.
Clarkson is all about the 'gram life. He's going to be in LA all summer likely...can't wait to see him out at Warwick and Highlight Room and all these hot spots in Hollywood. He's gonna be meeting up with the Light Skinned crew for sure
LeBron looks disinterested, because he's deferring alot. He's checked out, I don't blame him. I'll stat pad and look forward to the off-season.
Cleveland team is the epitome of what happens to a team full over overpaid role players. TT, Kevin Love and JR Smiff are MLE players. Regardless of the market. No one is scared of Kevin Love. NO ONE. TT is as overrated as it gets and I dont need to say anything about JR Smiff.
Yup. As soon as he got some pub after his rookie year, the last time he played with true focus and effort, all he gave a s*** about was clubbing and f***ing. Rob should get executive of the year for being able to unload that contract for nothing.
yeah, with all the gaudy stats, one that stands out to me is the FG%. most view it as a positive that he's shooting 55% or whatever, but he's passing up on post-ups against curry to give jeff green open threes. yes, i know stat nerds: the open corner three is statistically the better option (over 1000s of attempts under "general" circumstances), but c'mon...kobe and mj take those shots because they know that in the finals, their contested 10-footer is a better bet to yield points (via conversion or putback) than the corner three that the opposition is (rightfully) conceding.
I feel bad for LeBron. I know some it's his fault because he built that team, but seeing him trying to carry those guys and blowing wind is sad to watch.
