I don't buy the fatigue stuff for LeBron. He's one of the fittest, non-injury having players we've seen. It's not fatigue imo. He goes to multiple events, water jet skiing and other things during the off season so he's not too tired. LeBron is great but no one is undefeated against father time. As you get older the body can't do what it used to do. He'll be 32 December, not 22.

It's all fun and games until Delly scissors trap Curry's knees...

Cavs give up too much defensively to have a chance , the main problem is Kyrie/Delly who play major minutes can be posted up by Livingston/Barnes .

Cavs have little length unlike the Thunder .

Offensively not enough ball and players movement to score efficiently against the Warriors .

Yep he looked pretty bad against Iggy/Green or multiple bodies .

His unwillingness to take and inability to make midrange J's is killing the Cavs offense too

Missed the game, but I think it goes without saying that the Cavaliers are in trouble if they find themselves getting blown out when Steph and Klay on a rare, rare occasion are both off the mark. If the Cavs can't win Game 2 this will be over quickly and painlessly.

This is closer to what I feel. Lebron has declined, no doubt. He is not as physically dominating as he was, but you have two of the best defenders in the league on his a** like flies on s*** with Iggy and Draymond. Iggy has always given anyone he guarded problems. There were games he made prime Kobe look bad.

The amount of attention Curry draws from the opposing teams is insane. He can just run around in circles and open up so many opportunities for his teammates.

But he wasn't what he's been even in that series. He can't get up in traffic the way he used to which is why he's getting stripped and blocked more. In open court? Sure he can still rise up like a monster. When he's got space he's as athletic as he needs to be, but in the half-court he just bully-balls his way to the rim. Check it though:

    Layups/Dunks-
    663/145- 2016 (4.57); 72.1% at the rim
    480/108-2015 (4.44); 71.6% at the rim
    505/157- 2014 (3.22); 79.2% at the rim
    488/176-2013 (2.77); 75.6% at the rim
    403/140- 2012 (2.88); 76.1% at the rim

Some of that is because his team isn't as good as it used to be, but some of it is because he's getting older and having more trouble driving than he used to. Not enough to make him ineffective yet, but it will soon if he doesn't expand his game. His FG% from 3-10 feet was under 40% for the first time since his sophomore season.

I'm surprised Warriors won with that big a margin without Klay and Curry going off. The game was close for a bit there. But looking at the bench disparity it makes sense. Warriors are ridiculously deep whereas the Cleveland bench leaves a lot to be desired. And it's not like Kyrie and Love weren't effective. Their bench just got destroyed. I don't anticipate Cavs loosing that badly again, but also done expect the Splash Bros. to have have multiple bad games either. It's gonna be interesting.

people are focusing on steph and klay not hitting, but it's also highly unlikely that livingston goes nova again. the gs support players were nearly flawless.

if i were cleveland, i'd give my original gameplan one more go.

' If Kobe in his prime was in Cleveland instead of LeBron, there was no way that the Warriors were the favorites. '
