I had no doubt the Warriors would come back from that deficit as much as I had no doubt the Clippers would squander that lead. It was only a matter of time. Ha.
We are going to snap the Warriors win streak. Book it. It's just one of those strange and improbable things that will happen.
lol, seeing the wheelchair and grease face looking disconsolate makes me happy. maybe they can dry their tears on their blank banner hanging in ******.
Another close game for the Warriors, makes it 4 in a row. Bulls played them well all game with tough defense and controlling the tempo, as well as making Curry look human. But the Warriors turned on the switch half way through the 4th. Jimmy Butler was good but they doubled him down the stretch and no one else was able to create, the one time they probably missed Rose.
They have a chance at history when they play us, imagine we win... That would be the biggest joke ever, and Byron would probably keep his job the rest of the season.
Or we get blown out by 50 in the most embarrassing loss in Lakers history and Byron gets fired immediately and Luke Walton says "peace out guys" and switches teams in the postgame conference.
Any other team and I'd take pride in snapping that streak, but I've never disliked the Dubs and who even cares now with our record being what it is. That top 3 protect pick is starting to look realistic and I'd hate to squander it by over-performing when our season is already lost (which it is).
Warriors shooters are going to be so wide open from 3 they are going to be surprised and missed everything ... Byron will say after the game " I don't believe 3s win championships"
Honestly wouldn't shock me if the Lakers hung in there for awhile. Remember Brooklyn took them to overtime. They do have a tendency to play down to the comp a little bit like a lot of great teams. Did beat them last season, but with Byron's moronic rotations he'll probably do something stupid like play Hibbert when they're running their small lineup or putting Lou on Steph that'll end the game.
Yeah that was a perfect storm of Thompson and Curry cold from deep early in the game and Price lighting it up Curry style. But the way Lakers are leaving 3 point shooters open it's going to be a massacre Tuesday.
Curry is crazy right now but I do think part of it is the system he's in. They surround him with 4 guys that can all shoot the 3, spread the floor, and play make. They sets they run for him are ideal as well and make it really hard to double him. Don't get me wrong he's my favorite non laker currently and the best shooter of all time, but it's really the perfect storm for him right now. He's in his prime, in the best situation for him.
