Man, they stunk up the joint in that first half. Thank goodness for the second half. Hopefully they can bottle up that energy and bring it again for Game 7. They'll need it in Houston.
Has Lebron ever lost a game 7 post 2010? From what I remember, his teams usually flame out in 5/6 when they are over-matched, every time he's in a game 7 he wins.
C-bags are a young team, no superstar. Cavs have been there before and have the best player in the world. Cavs should close it out tonight.
Look, I hate the “no help” narrative for LeBron, but right now in Boston his teammates are invisible. He’s one step away from playing literally 1 on 5, because you can’t technically say literally when their actual bodies are on the floor. They don’t move, they don’t cut, they don’t hit open shots, they give him the ball, go hide in the corners, and hope he makes a play. Part on them, part on coaching, and part on LeBron for sure, but early on it’s ugly. And on Boston’s side, Tatum is already 3-4 with 7 points, barely hitting rim.
Nance and Clarkson barking at each other, pretty funny. Meanwhile Brown buries a three while Lebron takes a play off on D.
I knew this Cleveland team was bad, and without Love they are actually awful. Think about it - take Bron away, and our starting 5 would beat these guys by 20. They don't have any business being in the playoffs, let alone in the conference finals. It's sad. Bron is keeping them in it: 17/10/2 in the second quarter. He needs to step up his game.
