the small ball lineup BS needs to go. lebron shouldn't be at C ever why are they trying to copy the strategy of the same rockets team they manhandled in the playoffs?
^ Because they don't have anyone else big, skilled, and strong enough to play significant minutes at the 5.
LOL. Why?? He might be one of the great small ball floor spacing center options in the league. (obviously not against BIG 7 foot physical dudes). But against a twig like Wood and others …. why the hell not? https://www.google.com/search?q=chr...ight&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&hl=en-us&client=safari
Another blown lead and blown game, so tired of this s***. This team doesn’t work, it’s over, we’re 17-19 and in the 8th spot. The f****** Clippers haven’t had Kawhi all season and are 18-17, the f****** Mavs haven’t had Luka in I don’t know how long and are 16-17. Our schedule only gets harder from here, we’re screwed. We gambled on Russell Westbrook and lost.
No one blows a game quite like we do. Westbrook’s mistakes are so loud and come at the worst possible moments. Just inexcusable blown shots and layups. typical poor rotations. Bad team with bad coaching. Blow it up Rob. No point in continuing this fiasco.
ill admit the team make up isnt great but fizgel are one in the same with their lame small ball approach, they seems to lack the understanding of our small ball vs a gsw kd small ball type
Listened to the Memphis broadcast tonight and Brevin Knight was fantastic * Lakers have the fastest pace in the league so more defensive possessions for poor defenders * They sacrificed defense for offense and are a vastly inferior 2 way team. They've gotten away from their winning formula and identity(obvious) * Westbrook has converted the most layups in the league. * Lakers have the most alley oop conversions and DJ suprisingly has 17. * Lakers and Memphis are bottom of the league when it comes to 3s.
I really thought we could win that game, but Memphis got carried by Ja, as well as Russ and Melo tonight. It was too much to overcome.
yeah, it was just the falling from ahead part that was rough. we are an inferior team to memphis and were playing at their house without AD. a loss was expected, but a win was dangled in front of us for a few minutes.
Squandered a 14 pt lead late in the 3rd. That 2019-20 team went 57-0 with a lead going into the 4th. Rough season man
Lakers teams stayed healthy like twice ( 17/18 and 19/20) during the latest 10 seasons from my memories. Good rosters or not , it has been a huge pb for this franchise
It's an underrated factor across the board over the recent years -Clips with kawhii looked awesome in the playoffs and you know Giannis has trouble with him - I thought they were definite favorites once AD went down -GS lost Durant the year before the bubble -GS lost Bogut when they lost to the Cavs -Cavs had both Love and Kyrie out and that team definitely felt they had GS number I'd argue that the Bubble year was actually the one that was cleanest
