I’m still gonna complain, we can’t shoot. 28%, 10-36, Walker and Ryan made 8 of those. That isn’t sustainable, and that’s yet another game we’re shooting in the 20’s. The Pelicans also didn’t have Ingram and we barely won. This team needs a trade, we aren’t good enough, but we could be a solid playoff team with the right moves.

Almost gave this one away with a lot of complacency. But I’m still glad we won!

Yeah, shooting should be the priority in a trade.

Buddy Hield getting all those Matt Ryan open looks and this team would take off. Other teams can create these iso situations like NO did with Zion but the Lakers simply don't have the gravity for defenses to allow that.

That being said this team playing well definitely increases the Lakers leverage

We’re not good enough, it is what it is. LeBron is a slow starter and we just can’t afford that with this team. Not enough shooting, not enough talent, doesn’t even matter that Russ has become really good again, the roster is still held down by his contract. This was penciled in as a win, and yet here we are, Jazz are actually good. I’m not even saying make a trade, I’m saying as we are if we don’t this is what we can expect, losses more often than not.

We should see what we can get for a package of AD and LeBron as the salary ballast.

No man I only bring him up to go along with you I thought as you’ve hated on and mocked him in the past, no? That’s why I thought you were insulting Ham since you don’t like him getting the Lakers gig and we’re calling him Luke 2.0?

I hated every coach we had since PhilJax until Vogel, so yes you are correct sir:Laugh:I’m just trying to lower your expectations with Ham, too, although I approve of his moves these past few games.

Gonna be a rough first 20 if Rob just continues to sit on his hands.
We don’t need a massive trade- just trade for some decent shooters at this point.

It’s not that simple and I’m sure he’s not just sitting on his hands. Shooters are a highly sought after commodity and teams that have them are going to want something pretty valuable to give them up. We’ll know a lot more, sucks as it does, waiting longer to see which teams are going to give up and look for expiring contracts.
