so you tell me teams going under every Russ PnR n allowing him to settle for mid range which he misses badly isnt gunning up the O? yes 3 rotational players but for a "star" thats nothing, cp3 got more than that for okc
Spacing isn't a problem, we've had plenty of wide open shots. If most of your perimeter shots are contested then you have a "spacing " issue. Spacing is the most overhyped buzz word surrounding the NBA today. We didn't have a "spacing " problem last season either, we had a can't hit an open shot to save my life problem. Well an AD and Lebron hobbled problem too.
If you think two games is somehow enlightening, then the entire conversation on the subject is pointless. You act as if Westbrook has never made a jumper in his career.
yes he makes jumpshots it takes 4-5 misses 1st tho lol and irregardless of gms played, we should expect incremental improvements not looking like a raggedy arse rec league team
It's put him in the Hall of Fame on the first ballot too. It's also going to help hoist that trophy this season for us.
Because I can't think of any team that scores on all layups and dunks..do you? Where do they do that at? That being said, it's not necessary that every player on your team is a marksman from the perimeter either.
Lol..The Rockets started Robert Covington at center, and though PJ Tucker could guard AD straight up. Never mind that Westbrook played that series with a torn quad. But I'm not sure that every team has figured out how to defend Russ either, if that's the case, he wouldn't be an All Star. I do know that James and Davis are the best teammates he's ever had. So I'd give it minute before declaring this trio as some kind of bust. A very long minute.
if u didn't pay attention to how we defended russ in that series or remember his progression in that series i dont know what to tell you then
You didn't read what I said I guess. If you seriously thought that Houston was some kind of threat period with that small ball lineup, you weren't paying attention to our team.
We shall most definitely see on that one. The games will be played, so let's come back here around the All Star break shall we?
Again he was on that team right? So you throw out how we defended him, as if that has any bearing on him being on the Lakers. Furthermore...I don't know of any team he played on, that included Lebron James and Anthony Davis. I am not worried about Russ at all, take nothing from what happened elsewhere besides he was a triple double animal at every stop. I totally welcome that type of production here, I can live with the lack of a jumper.
Lol..this isn't NBA2K man. Plug em in and it all should just flow huh? As a matter of fact check back with me in 20 games on the subject.
