pelinka needed to do something like 2 weeks ago

at this rate, it'll already be the AS break and he'll still be "evaluating" the roster

It's ridiculous the minutes Bron/A.D. have to put in to win a game.. but tired legs or not doesn't make it okay for Lebrick to chuck shots, waste shot clocks and lose games. He ruins the offense quite often to finish games and doesn't work the ball inside, we were eating off the line getting calls all night and he elects to throw the ball at the rim with 2 seconds left on the clock, multiple times, after standing there dribbling for 15 seconds instead of running a play or exploiting the defense and looking for contact.

Anyone else feel we won’t make the playoffs again as long as LeBum is here? He meddles with personnel, takes a third of the salary, and is old = No playoffs

Nah, I think we could have made it if we’d done say the Indiana trade and maybe a better trade for THT. We still CAN make it because the league is looking weak this season and the play-in lets you have a shot as long as you’re the 10th seed, but a move needs to be made yesterday to fix some of our deficiencies. Makes this FO’s decision to not make any real moves and to punt the season before it started sting even more, they did not believe in LeBron and AD anymore, they’re already looking beyond them. Because yeah, you should always waste seasons of one of the best player of all time and the best partner he’s ever played with for a shot at maybe getting a star years from now.

I guess Rob is still evaluating "things". As long as dumkopf and bev are starting, we're not winning s***. Ham is clueless and Nunn has to go, with at least one of the previously mentioned scrubs.

I hate the offensive set where Lebron has the ball and everyone stands around the perimeter, with only AD near the post. Sometimes it works: Lebron creates a shot or there's a pass to someone, but they run it WAY too often.

Also: none of our guys have icewater in their veins when they have to make FTs in the very tight crunch. AD once again bricking 2 of 2 when we really needed it.

This game killed me. Plain and simple. I was euphoric with that run late 3rd and deep into the 4th, but was worried they've take their foot off the C-Bags' necks. And they did. Effing BRUTAL. This one's gonna hurt - speaking for myself, at least - for a long time.

I’ve got to say too, I did not appreciate the Boston Sucks chant right then either from the fans. Yes Boston sucks but it was way too soon to start that stuff up and it only served to jinx us.

That’s the Magic special though, talent evaluation is not a strong suit

    Tough loss.

Overall thoughts on the team remain the same. We need more to get over the hump.

Performance from players and staff down the stretch and in overtime is leaving a lot to be desired.

possible they would have demanded both, but we might have saved a couple picks.

i can't fault them too much. i didn't want lonzo, but i didn't really think tatum would be this good, either. most people didn't.

he looked like a more engaged rudy gay coming out of college. and maybe that's still true. just, you know...MUCH more engaged and hard-working.
