I was feeling optimistic when AD was returning that we could possibly leapfrog some teams and get to the 6th spot. But now with Lebron hurt and AD hurt yet again I just don’t see it anymore. We are running out of time. It’s likely another lost season.

This team simply can’t defend over the course of an entire game. Dominique Wilkins and Vince Carter routinely clowned us over it on the Hawks broadcast. When you got two career turnstiles in Wilkins and Carter pointing out your defensive flaws, you know it’s bad.
We had to win this one. Up 10 to start the fourth. I don’t care if we were missing Lebron. You have to finish this one out and close the road trip 3 and 3. Time is running out on the season. We are almost past the point of no return. If Lebron can’t play for a number of games we might be pretty much done.

That was a rough lineup to start the fourth and let them back in. Then we just missed too many threes in that last 5 minutes. We missed 9 in the quarter, and they were pretty good looks too.
