Can't complain about a loss with the last 3 buckets we conceded :

    - Uncontested foul line jumper
    - Lay up
    - Lay up with very little resistance as teams typically give up when up 3 but we were just up one .

My biggest complaint is why the Lakers are still selling merchandise with shamrocks on them. Like what the crap.

Boston C Bags though; feels wrong. Even some Lakers say they'll never wear it.

Lakers gear, yes. I have a green Dodgers shirt though for St. Patrick's Day.

Oh good. You’re OK. Was just coming to post I was really concerned if you might harm yourself with your Guy going down indefinitely.

    My thoughts:

We need a good center ASAP.

Our strength is AD at the 4, once few if any NBA team as a roster that is able to have a strong 5 AND a 4 able to defend AD.
Gasol doesn't make any NBA team change its rotation to cope with him.
Harrell is a liability in defense so teams may play the dice in defense.

So imagining a matchup with the Nets, if we go with the current roster they will easily play Jordan/Green to defend AD and can play Harris that can defend Gasol. They can have Harden/Griffin defending Harrell.

But if we have a strong center, like Drummond, they CAN'T play Harris. Because they will need Jordan AND Green in the lineup, along with the big 3. And that is massive.

Same happens with most of the NBA. Almost no team has in its usual lineup a 4 capable of defending AD. And that's our main strength. So we need a center that is not Gasol or Harrell to create that discomfort.

That was, in my view, our main strength last year that made us able to walk to the title. McGee or Howard were not a force offensively, but they were an off rebounding threat and teams couldn't play the dice and had to go big. I think we lost that strength this year and I believe it can be the reason we lose this year.

Horrible news.... Elgin Baylor passed away from natural causes... He was my grandpa's favorite athlete so I know he would have been crying right now if he were alive. RIP to a Lakers legend

If we still had Mozgov and had not stretched Deng I am sure we could have traded them to Mitch for Ball and Hayward.

Though I would not want to be responsible for Jordan murdering Mitch.
