Black was supposed to be the backup center and give Hibbert 15-20 minutes of rest. Nance Jr. is a guy who could be a solid backup 4 man someday, but right now he's not ready to be a rotation player. Kelly isn't an NBA player. A defensive liability supposed stretch four who can't shoot. Bass was a perfect backup for Randle.

I never heard anything about Bass being backup C when he was signed. In fact all camp and preseason Mitch was saying we were looking at guys for backup C, that they even felt Black was too short for that, and that's why Upshaw was here til the end. Bass was supposed to back up Randle or even be the starting PF. Then the regular season came and that all went to hell and Ryan Kelly was backup PF to Bass at C. Man.. screw B0ron.

Even Mitch must be surprised by Byron's incompetence when it comes to using the competent pieces Mitch brought in.

Mitch wants to win games. The entire Front Office wants to win games. That's one of the reasons the 'vets' were brought in; there was never any indication or clue that I had that we were tanking at the beginning of the season. We had a 30 win roster at the very least. We're now on pace to win 10 games. I still don't believe we're tanking. The Lakers want wins. Byron just can't coach the team to victories, unfortunately.

I like Mark Jackson but he really didn't do a good job with Xs and Os in GS. But I'm sure he'd do better than Byron is doing. I'd like a guy with a system ideally, however.

Yeah Reggie is terrible. How the hell do the young guys get better with Kobe chucking like its 1999? I pray this idiot is never a coach. He'll let any over the hill star chuck at ridiculous rates. Also the constant bashing of the young guys even when Randle was beasting and even though Clarkson and Russell struggled was completely unnecessary.

Guess you missed Byron saying tonight he's seen enough and is making Nance the starter for the rest of this season. Stick that in your rotation .......

"Once they get those minutes they'll be real tough."

Dwight on the Lakers young trio.

LOL even Dwight can see the incompetence. That's when you know things are bad. Good lord.

Disorganization on both ends off the floor at its finest and poor choices of lineups .

There is not much else to say .

Never saw a team which was not THAT prepared to play night in and night out

Glad someone in the media picked up on that, too. That was just petty and pathetic.

How strange. Miller does stuff like this though. He gets caught up in the moment and starts mouthing off saying stupid things.

Remember when Reggie said Jordan on his worst day was a 1,000 times better than Kobe at his best? That was completely uncalled for. Now he's trying to act pro Kobe now that he's retiring after the season. Always hated him as a commentator.

Got no problem with constructive criticism because two of the three youngsters were awful, but to keep going on and on and belaboring a point which was ridiculous to start with was just completely uncalled for.

Missed the game to watch Star Wars (and yes it was epic. If you even remotely like Star Wars go see it).

Looks like that was a good choice.

Psh. You should have watched the movie, then came home and watched the DVR like I did! Best of both worlds.

You have much to learn, my young apprentice.
