I've said it over and over and others have said it, we need some "fire Baron Scott" chants at Staples. @alam1108 is right, front office is way too quiet with this bad start. We need to wake them up. That being said, I know if BS is somehow(even if unlikely) fired we might be stuck with Madsen or even Eyen as coach, but at this point Scott has severely worn out his welcome. With the others we can chalk it up to coaching inexperience but hopefully they'll work on developing the young talent because this season is already lost.

This isn't a stealth tank job. This is Byron's coaching at its finest. Please don't give him that easy out two years running.

He is a terrible coach plain and simple.

We'll put together some victories. We are looking better in certain aspects. I think we probably end up @ 23-25 wins.

I agree. Still, that was discouraging to realize...

A win but there is still stuff to complain about. Like Kobe playing 37 mins and Russell playing 20 mins. There were several stretches of just awful basketball and a better team would have taken advantage of it quickly.

A win is a win. I guess I'll take it. My WMC, Scott is still the coach.

I honestly don't have much to complain about tonight. Defense was great all night really. Even though Drummond had 17 boards I don't feel as a team we were really pounded on the glass. Rotations were solid. We gave up the shots we wanted to give up.

Kobe was in facilitator mode. Clarkson was very impressive again with some of his dribble drives. Yeah you like to see Russell more involved because he's just not a guy like most ball dominant point guards that'll be effective without the ball, but other than that i loved what I saw.

Nance Jr. was terrific off the bench again. Hustling, great defensively, making some athletic plays, and crashing the glass.

Randle offensive fouls, looks like a very limited repertoire
Kobe 37 min. Did you learn nothing last year Byron?
No closer to set rotations or semblance of an offense.
We won't have comedy gold cliches after the game from Byron as to why we lost

My WMC Scott really has to shorten the rotation to something more realistic. You need a PG on the floor at (nearly) all times. Stop with this JC and Lou at point experiment. It sucks. They are scorers plain and simple and you're taking them away from what they do best when you play them at the point.

Also Bass is not a center. Just stop it Byron. Black needs to be the 1st center off the bench.

We need to have the starters, and then a set bench that makes sense, and that's it. No more of this ineffective, playing 14 guys crap. Some good players will and should be left out of the rotation, but if they want to replace someone, they need to impress the hell out of people when they're in practice and at the end of games. It's for the good of the team

    DAR/Huertas
    JC/Lou
    Kobe/MWP
    Randall/Nance
    Hibbert/Black

That should be the 1st and second units IMO. The second unit will have a harder time scoring, but players from the 1st unit would be subbed in and out enough, playing along with the second unit, to boost scoring. I like Young and Bass, but choices need to be made here IMO. A shorter bench where players know when they will play is one of 1,000,000 things this team needs. Right now it's just a mess.

I miss Tarik Black. Nice to get a win, I forgot what that felt like. Hey, we actually played pretty good defense tonight.

WMC, Drummond's shoulder hair. What the hell, I didn't even know you could grow that much hair on your shoulders. I wonder if he has to comb it, or if he has a separate barber for it.
