I don't like Kelly and I would have booed him. He's been given every opportunity to take and make wide open 3s and he can't.

Side note WMC: Dropping Jabari and keeping Huertas. I know it came down to Jabari and Ron, but Huertas is trash. Rather have Jabari right now.

Doc, I don't know anything about you, and I have never seen you play basketball. But I'd rather have you on the team than Huertas. At least it'd be a cool story and you definitely provide more entertainment for Laker fans on this board than Huertas ever will.

I think there are many player that have been on our roster in the past 12 months who would have given us more than Huertas. I don't hate the guy; I just don't think he can do anything effectively FOR THIS TEAM.

Agreed. I don't hate Huertas as much as most people, but certainly he doesn't fit here.

I like him as well but he needs a team that runs an actual offense and has a defensive scheme that can hide him. Both something we have no semblance of.

Well i'm just explaining why we are at 9 wins and like you mentioned, it was his shooting early on in the season that has contributed this disaster of a season.

It was. And in a way, with the way Byron handled it, anything that Byron could have taught our kids will now be lost because you can't have any faith in a coach or trust in a coach when you get yanked and critiqued while playing well, while he washes Kobe's balls right after a 2-15 shooting night.

True. Case in point, Russell is still struggling to get minutes from Boron even after Lou Williams just shot 1 for 10 last game.

Boron has three shooting guards running our offense, BTW. And he was a shooting guard. I'm starting to sense a certain kind of myopia. We never run anything for the PF's out there, Randle or Nance. While the starters play it's all about feeding the guards. That's it. The bigs are often up at the top of the key handing the ball off to them. Besides just the total fail of Boron's top down veterans over rookies/young guns bias and his horrible lineups and turning a blind eye to the horrid defensive play of guys like Kobe and Lou, his offense is just pathetic because he won't let a PG run the show.

Exactly. How do you take a coach seriously when he yanks you from the starting lineup for a dude that shoots horribly and plays worse defense than you? Because he's older?

Seriously sirron, that seems like kind of an olive branch. Dial back with the head shots from sniper rifle, any images or reference to poop, and hit her with your and this message board's collective intelligence. Best one liners that are dead on the money and your funny Lakers smileys and images and humor. For real, maybe all of this is starting to sink in to them. Scott is a cancer to this team. But don't say in those words. Aww f*** it .... maybe the C word needs to be used. This is the first situation in my sporting life that I've heard a coach be called a cancer, it's always a "player". But damn it, it's true.

Constructive? I read that and the first thing I thought of was Sirron calling for Byron to not be fired, but to be assassinated. And I then LITERALLY LOL'ed for 2 minutes.

Sorry, but my WMC is that we won. At this point I want to see great games from the youngsters (which I got), but losses to increase our chances of keeping the pick and Byron getting canned.
