Most of my friends and family hate the Lakers. Nice to have a friendly place to recharge and gather ammunition to continue the battle.
How long has this forum been open? I was originally from ClubLakers since 2002 until it died a few years ago, had no idea it migrated over. Do our old CL accounts exist?

Good to see you! We miss a lot of the old crew around here! @Barnstable is the new fearless leader and he does an awesome job. All of our old complaints about CL have been fixed. Well sirron is still here.
This place started up just before the 2014/15 season I believe, I thought we’d been here a couple years but damn time flies, we’re coming up on our 5th Lakers season here. Barns saw that CL could crap out at any moment and got this place started and asked everyone that wanted to come from CL to come here, and it’s been great.
Speaking of crapping out... Do you guys remember on CL how any big deal that went down would just crush the site because of the heavy traffic? When I couldn’t get into CL I knew some transformative deal went down. LOL! Get ready for site traffic to drastically increase once PG and LBJ come onboard in several weeks! Mods will have their work cut out for them to control the trolls.
I’m installing an LB crashing add on soon as a new feature similar to the old CL feature. That way you’ll always know something big must have gone down
Lavar thinks he's the first to speak anything into existence basketball related. That Ron Artest thread alone was physical proof that we were the first ones on an NBA fan level to do so. I remember that day it came over twitter that we had signed him and we all felt so vindicated after all the years and hours contributing to that thread. Good Times for sure!
Yes! lol, oh man... as frustrating as it was those are the little special things I remember. I'm glad we don't have to worry about that here. It sucked having all that excitement about something going down and not being able to share it with the Lakers FAM. The CL crashing was the WOJ Bomb before it was really a thing.
We need respected members, such as yourself, to help when you see the need. New posters need to know the climate here. Once they do, they'll adapt or Barns will drop the hammer. Luckily he hasn't had to do it often.
Nah, its more like a glove and instead of waving, we can "snap" this place into better shape so that TIME can have plenty of room to wave his big stick around. Come to think of it, Chief we need to up our banning quota. That would be my recommendation to make this place great again. And instead of random ads, lets get our merch game up...I rather see ads like "Get your Nike Laker canary yellow MLBGA hats here now"... Like I said the pay is good, but it could be better. Btw Ox, I liked you in that movie...which one were you again?
