Tom was my favorite character. He displayed so many detestable traits to perfection. The actor who portrayed him is very good at his craft.
Agree. But for me Roman was the peak. Amazing acting, what a unique character. But definitely both are up there on the best characters
Started watching Andor. A little slow moving at first, but interesting to see them weave together a story in a smaller timeline that fits a bigger story. Not super binge worthy, but doesn't suck either.
Joe Picket has been pretty good. Just finished Season 2. It even has an actor from my favorite comedy show as a youth: “In Living Color.”
Just started this gem from Executive Producer Fred Armison: Hilarious- especially for those of us who grew up in or around this culture.
The Witcher... my God, what a piece of s***. 1st season was very good and that's about it. How can you f*** up such a great book (and/or game)? No wonder Cavil said "f*** that, im out"...
I watched Bedknobs and Broomsticks and Mary Poppins recently with my new daughter by marriage. (10) Funny to watch her enjoy stuff that was 50 years old. And now she knows where the word supercalifragilisticexpialidocious comes from. I also started watching “Bones” with my wife, who is a nurse, and she was hooked after one episode. They really did a great job with the cast in that show. Funny to see Booth with the flip phone.
One Piece live action is fantastic. I have never watched the anime (or read the manga). Really fun, and shows how you introduce a world, establish characters and then send them on an adventure. While that sounds simple, it's a lost art in today's media.
Yup, watched the whole thing last week with my kids. A lot of fun for big and small. Realy looking forward to next season.
Not really a TV show, but lately I’ve been obsessed with the Kill Tony podcast If you’re not familiar, it’s a weekly live podcast hosted by comedian Tony Hinchcliffe from Austin, and he usually has a couple of famous guests (other comedians, musicians, athletes, etc). Comedians and audience members sign up and then they get their names pulled out of a bucket. If they get pulled, they come up on stage and do a 60 second comedy set followed by a post mortem interview. Most of the time these aspiring comedians suck and it’s hilarious to see them grilled in the interview, but there are frequently some hidden gems that end up impressing and their appearance on the show can help jumpstart their career
