Been listening to some old Linkin Park from back in the day. Never really got into their stuff after Meteora, but man, such a tragedy for Chester.

And then going back to the lyrics like Crawling and In the End, you can feel his emotions that went into it. He had an interview about a year back talking about his struggles with depression in himself, and it makes me understand the lyrics so much more for him.

Tears for Fears is one of my all-time favorite bands. They took 6 months for each song on The Seeds of Love album to make each one as great as it could be. Not a bad song on the album. This is my favorite from that great album:

Tears for Fears Songs from the Big chair was the first tape I ever got as a kid. I still remember going down to the basement of Woolworth's downtown LA to pick it up. I was so excited.

Probably my favorite band of the time, although Depeshmode is a close second. My favorite song of theirs is Mad World.

After almost 25 years and dozens of projects, DOOM is back with a fresh KMD track. “True Lightyears,” which features Jay Electronica, is part of Adult Swim’s The Missing Notebook Rhymes series, which promises 15 weeks of new DOOM collabs and singles. The Jay-assisted track marks the second week and follows “Negus” with guest vocals from the late Sean Price.

I'm on it. Big KRIT (grossly underrated) has some stuff with BB King. Thanks for sharing.

I may have posted this before, but if so, it's worth repeating.

Big KRIT -- Might Not Be Ok

IMO, KRIT is the best rapper out right now. I know that's saying a lot, but he's amazing and grossly underrated. Supposed to have an album out this year. Can't wait.

New Foo fighters album out some time ago. I liked most of the songs on it, and listened to the whole thing a couple times end to end. Rarely do that.

21 Savage, Offset, and Metro Boomin just released a mix tape together and its really damn good.

I'm a bit surprised I'm starting to like some of these new artists like Migos, despite I grew out of general violent rap

What do you think of the new album? Might be my favorite project of his. I’ve always preferred slower KRIT songs rather then his “bangers”, and this album has several of them. The production combined with KRIT’s smooth flow on songs like Higher Calling, Everlasting, Get Away, and Aux Cord is amazing.
