Was absolutely horrible on both ends at Memphis. Must play better during this non-Lebron stretch to give us a chance.

Troy Brown isn't good at B-ball , I'd rather see Christie on the floor

Ham is not using him wisely, I like him but don’t play him more than Rui when you don’t have LeBron.

I'd rather have Rui take all of Lebron's mins than Brown tbh

Brown was playing well off the bench. But he's not ready for prime time. I think Rui is chomping at the bit for more playing time and would do better for us. He's bigger on D and he's a better, more versatile scorer.

One day he's trash and the next he's a good piece. Life as a Laker role player.

Nice bounce back game. People forget he’s only 23 years old. He’ll have ups and downs but he’s grown a lot this year.

he played great throughout. he's probably a little better offensively and a little worse defensively than i anticipated when we picked him up.

i wonder if he'll be back next year.

Yeah, he has more in his bag than I expected. Even some of the recent passing with our playmakers out have me like no, no, no... yes!

I think the defensive attention and effort is largely there. I just think the limitations are guarding up or down a position, if they're within his size range the results are solid enough for what we've invested.

i think he's an above minimum player. still lots of stuff yet to happen before the offseason, but i'm already thinking about things like this. we have exceptions we can use to retain our favorite vet mins, but how deep into the tax will jeanie go? does the FO like the new guys as much as we do?

It’s gonna be another heartbreaking summer losing some of these guys. I would like to retain all but would favorTroy, Rui and DS over LWIV, Beas, Wenyen and Bamba.

So you would move on from both shooting guards? Interesting

well, we have rights on rui, beasley, wenyen, and bamba, so i expect we either keep them or use them in trades (i like all of them, actually). we could actually keep lonnie, too, as i don't think he'll fetch more than what we can offer him based on his current contract--though i suspect he leaves to get more playing time somewhere else.

it's troy and schroder that are outperforming their deals and to whom we have no rights. again, if money's no object, you try to use the tax-mle on schroder (2 years, player option on second year) and hope troy will come back at his slight raise over the minimum. but i think troy's shown enough to get BAE money, at least. and we may not have that depending on other salaries.

again, it's too early to think about all this, but i do anyway...

i think beasley is a must-keep because he brings something nobody else on the roster does.
