Dudz redeaux...he might not play much, unless someone decides to take a shot at Lebron, but locker room guys with Championship experience, can be valuable in their own right.
Maybe, just maybe Thompson will see some minutes so Davis will not have to contend with Jokic all the time.
I think he looks slow and lumbering, but then again, I never watched him closely before. And also, we're not talking about guarding a fast guy, but a smooth big guy. Have to think there are some minutes out there for him.
10 big minutes from him in an elimination game. Great to see him dust it off and give great energy, effort, D, screens.
Pretty stupid to not give him minutes from day 1. He's the real deal, he's been there before and he was a very decent player. We needed him and Ham was too dumb.
I don't think he should be our backup next year, but as a 3rd string big who's a bench and locker room leader, sign me up. He's only 32 (seems older), got some left in the tank still.
Just the quality of screens he was giving opened up the court to everyone else and we made several buckets because of it, I remember at least 3 just because of the screen. We don't have anyone doing that in our roster, AD is a bad screener, Vando is not strong enough and Bamba is not that type of player too. When you have LeBron, Reaves, Schroder and possibly Dlo in your roster, having a good screener just makes it easy to anyone. It's definitely something we should pursue this offseason
Should have experimented with him since Game 1 when we needed a big body on Jokic. Those 10 mins from TT really helped us build that lead in the first half.
I didn’t even expect him to be able to move like that on D. Yes, bigger than Gabriel and could have definitely helped in situations against Memphis and GS too to eat some minutes and help us size wise when AD was out.
