I've been VERY critical of the Mozgov signing, but I must admit he did a damn good job on Cousins tonight. He made him work for every basket and rebound. Also set good screens on offense.

I think everyone was, but big fella has been tremendous. The rim protection, screen setting, rebounding, just using his size effectively and rolling hard. Just a great fit.

I was one of the biggest critics. I'm being proven wrong, and I'm happy about that.

Solid defense from Mozy. Frustrated Cousins and couldn't get his head into the game for most of the 2nd half.

Mozgov is balling for us! I thought he was mediocre, but he's proving me wrong as well Juronimo. And I love it. He looks like he can actually hold down the position for us for some years to come. Turning out to be a much better signing than I thought.

I think the criticism about his contract was that it was 4 years and the guy just turned 30. He's definitely serviceable and a solid rotation player right now, but not sure in another year or two.

Yeah Boogie had to work his a** off out there tonight. You could see at the end how tired he was. Between Moz first and foremost and then Black and Randle and Nance playing him physical. He had to score the bulk of his points from outside. Moz did "wrassle" him good again tonight.

These are the types of matchups where Moz was signed for granted there aren't too many centers like Cousins. He just plays his role, won't ask for much and I would think his teammates respect him for doing the dirty work. When Moz dunks, he looks like he is going to tear down the whole basket.

He asked if he liked being in the 4th quarter and competing and Mosgov was like, OF COURSE I LIKE IT, is basketball, basketball is like ball, everything is a circle, hahahahahahahahahahahahahahha. Not the last part but he gave him a look like, did you just ask me that?! I was dying.

He reads LB and how you were bagging on him for only playing 20 minutes. HA!

Anyone here could have asked Moz a better question:

"Timo...you made Cousins work for his points inside. Did you get a sense that he was getting frustrated?"
"Timo...what did you feel was the difference in the second half erasing a double digit deficit?'

I'll eat the crow as well. Still don't like the contract, but I have no complaints about him on the court. He's filling his role perfectly.

He's obviously one of the better 'classic' centers in this league when he is healthy. The price seems to be right, after all it's not his fault true big men command that kind of salary in the NBA.

Roy Hibbert made as much money as Timo did BEFORE inflation for a small dominant playoff stretch he had. Otherwise, Roy was soft, inconsistent, and on the floor 90% of the game.
