I think what Zubac did yesterday we should be getting out of Mozgov but on a more consistent level.

At first, but with this kid who knows what's happening by 2nd half of the season. [IMG] Will be pushing him just like Ingram is going to be pushing Luol. Which is great because both Luol and Mozzie are by everyones' accounts great teammates and will play whatever roles with adequate minutes to make the TEAM better. Same thing Clarkson has said.

Hope he's putting in work. We may have a fantastic platoon at center.

Teams are gonna be like ... [IMG]

All I want from Mozgov is stability and reliability. We don't need all star stats from the center position. And that's why Luke and Shaw went after him first. First off his character and they know how to utilize him the best.

If he throws down, up and over or however..... 10-12 points a game with 6-7 rebounds in 28 minutes, will not suck as well. :Magic Brows: If.

Not to mention we may NEED big stats and performance from the center position when we play Golden State. That is possibly one area we can exploit. F*** them and their small ball. STOP THIS ish down low weaklings!! Signed Mozzie and Zublocka and Luuke and Shaw remembering "inside > out" pounding the ball with certain aspects of the Tri they will be running anyway. I expect them to be smart and exploit any and all advantages our roster may have against any and all OTHER teams.

It seems like and he may have even said that he's back to 100%. Unless anyone has anything contrary?

Doesn't seem like he's showing a LOT of explosion in the videos.. Could be simply hiding our card, or is still coming along in his rehab&just about to be fully cleared?

We need a Laker insider to start snooping the boards , or someone needs to become cool with one on Twitter lol.

Mozgov described himself as "perfect" physically but he's already working out with Tim. I'm sure Tim can find some areas to improve on. The videos don't do much justice, they're either lifting or just conditioning/shooting drills.

Mosgov described himself as a male model and thinks he is hot, like Brad Pitt or Ben Stiller.

I don't know if this was already posted and the environment kind of sucks, but I liked what I heard from Mozgov.

good thought at the end. i think some of the interview was tough because his english isn't great. there might have been a question or two he didn't quite understand.

anyway, he seems serious about playing good basketball, and i like it. that's normally the kind of talk you hear prior to signing contracts, not after. it's not surprising he has been very well-liked at all his nba stops.

OK, that's our first up close and personal with Mozzie and getting a feel with him. Wow what is not to like? He's perfect for this team and for Zu at this point in Lakers history as will be Deng with Ingram, and he is a smart guy on top of it. Of all the things he could have said about preparing physically with skills or with strength work in prep for this coming season ...... he went to the mental aspect of the game. Seems as reported like a super guy to be around and have on your team.

I am now fully on board with the Mozgov signing. I didn't get it at all as far as him being our first call in FA. But I had no idea Zubac was this good, and clearly the FO knew and acted accordingly. If you have a guy like Zubac it makes no sense to pay top dollar for a young one way player like Biyombo. Zubac is a more complete package and he's on a rookie salary. Mozgov is for Zubac as Deng is for Ingram. They are veteran place holders, to hold down the fort adequately as legit starters for the next couple years until these two develop. Mozgov wasn't an exciting signing, but I think he is absolutely capable of doing what we need him to do. We are covered right now.
