The way they strung us along with the Glen stuff was annoying, but watching the scene play out was actually believable so overall I'm just glad he's still alive.
Honestly I didn't think it was that believable. He scurried under the dumpster, fine, but how were zombies not chewing on his legs as he made his way under there? There were like two that noticed him down there and then the rest didn't? I don't know. Seemed like a cop out to me.
Hated the lazy writing cop out. Enjoyed the ep and next week's mid season finale is going to be crazy. Any guesses on how many non Alexandroids die? I'm going to say two.
And then the rusted tin can lead them away. Like the walkers could hear that over the moaning and eating. Hahaha yea, it was a bit of a copout but you could see it coming a mile away so I wasn't really let down in that regard.
Yeah I mean we all knew they were going to lame out of that situation, but it was still lame. I mean fine because I like Glenn but still lame in the midst of a pretty good season. Re: Alexandroids... I'll go with six. I love how they just fill in nameless faces every now and then when we've literally never seen them before. How big is this town anyway?
I think Deanna is gonna get eaten for sure. I also think Morgan may sacrifice himself in some heroic moment.
Yeah I don't see Morgan making it out of this season and in every mid season finale one of the people in the main group dies. I can see it being Morgan, father Gabriel or Abraham. The Glenn cop out was terrible, expected but still lame nonetheless. Glad he is alive though, probably saving him for Spoiler lucille
I don't know, I still feel we haven't got to everything with Morgan yet. Yeah, we learned his backstory, but I think there's still something big for him to do. Though not a main character, I think Rosita is the one who dies in the group, setting up this weird Abraham/Sasha dynamic building.
I can picture TWD doing this: Kid's going to pull the gun on Carl, Carl will turn around and aim right at him, and Carl's gonna put one right in the head of a walker that was right behind the kid to make it seem like he's going to shoot him.
I think Rosita and Gabriel should die. They are the least "involved" in terms of the story right now...they lift right out. Rosita could be interchangeable with Eugene though. Like I can see him maybe stepping in to save her and dying in the process, especially after that tongue lashing she gave him during weapons training.
Hmm Rosita had more lines this episode, safe to assume that if we see her talking a lot next episode then she's good as dead.
If they follow the comic, Eugene has too big of a part to play to die anytime soon. But that's a big if
L-A-M-E. Probably one of the dumbest mid-season finales of the whole series. Not even remotely interested or "left at the edge of my seat" so to speak. Not even mad the show is done until Feb. Spoiler: Spoiler Lame because.... 1.) Like we didn't know that Wolf member was going to do that? Real surprise there. 2.) He kidnapped probably the most insignificant person on the shower. I don't give two craps what happens to either of them. 3.) The cliffhanger was the kid saying mom, mom? Ohhh I wonder what is about to happen? You couldn't fit a little bit more in and leave Carl getting his eye blown off to keep fans engaged? 4.) Probably 5-7 minutes of just walkers walking around 5.) Everything is still a mess with no real resolution. They honestly could have condensed this episode into 15 minutes and we wouldn't have missed anything. So much filler crap. 6.) The Deanna death? Big deal, that's a normal episode death, not worthy of a mid-season finale death With the comics and entire world of stuff they can do, they shouldn't be dragging through a mid-season finale. Just really poor in my eyes.
Probably the weakest mid season finale for this show. And holy crap why is every kid so freaking annoying on this show.
