I think this is the first time I've seen Byron genuinely angry in his post game interview. He called the team soft like 6 times.

Hmmm, did he call a timeout this game? I think we have a certain number to use each quarter. I could be wrong though. I mean I'm pretty sure I've seen other coaches call them from time to time when the game starts getting away. You know, just to confirm that everyone on the court actually wants to play basketball.

Angry but keeping it in... It's cool but their time will run out and I believe we'll rise back up. Skimmed Tenants beat writer Ben Bolch's snide column about the state of each team in the Times sports section, pissed me off. His counterpoint about playing the numbers game compared to Laker history and prattled on about the Tenants' recent success which of course did not include the most important thing: rings. We'll get through this down time and see them going the opposite direction on our way up.

Please. They're not going to get out of the 1st round again.

Don't need any rings or banners when you have giant selfies of your players hanging in their place. With Ballmer now and his prior life with those stupid, annoying, bending Paper Clips on your screen until you got a Mac, it's a perfect match. What a clown when he gets all worked up. Out in the first round. Again.

Wait are they really talking crap about beating us? They've got a worse record against Playoff teams than we do. That team isn't great, our team is just awful.

I'm going to continue laughing as they get bounced in round one or at best round two. Again.

I like the distribution of minutes at the 4/5 position that Scott is implementing and his adaptability with keeping in or taking out guys who are performing well...last night, Sacre got left out, but so be it.

    - Jordan Hill; 28 minutes
    - Ed Davis; 27 minutes
    - Tarik Black; 20 minutes
    - Ryan Kelly; 17 minutes (who also played a little at the 3)
    - Carlos Boozer; 20 minutes

I'd expect this to be the norm throughout the season unless one of there is a trade involving one of the guys listed above; Kudos to Scott for finding the right balance. Additionally, they all had productive games.

If he's not hurt he should have played. We couldn't shoot last night and our one shooter doesn't come in. Wes freakin sucked last night, Ellington should have come in for him.

I read this excerpt about Byron this morning; they fail to mention that he's the perfect Tank Commander, though. Go Scott!!

Why the hell was Ryan Kelly finishing games? That should have been Ed Davis protecting the rim and boards.

I want the next starting lineup to be...

    Kobe - SG
    Jeremy Lin - PG
    Wes - SF
    Ed Davis - C
    Tar - PF

    Bench:
    Nick Young - SF
    Booz - PF
    Hill - C
    Wayne Ellington - SG
    Ronnie Price - PG

I feel Hill is a better player off the bench. Certainly isn't starting material.

The problem with this current unit is there is no spacing; Hill's jumper has been erractic, Ronnie is inconsistent, and when Wesley has been your most consistent outside threat for the season, that's usually not a good sign...with that said, Ryan is healthy, finding his shot, and provides the necessary and much needed spacing our starting unit needs.

The only player I think the experiment of starting should be over for is Price. But then, Lin isn't great there either, so whatever. Lin starting with Davis hasn't happended though, he was moved to the bech with Boozer, and they do play well together.
