    So...

Kevin goes on and on about Brandon. It wasn't just a stock answer, he actually expanded on it.

    Doesn't seem like lip service.

Durant looks 2 inches taller than Brandon. Conclusion KD is a smidge below 7 feet.

Durant definitely grew since his rookie year, but he doesn't like being called 7 feet tall for some reason. He's actually completely ridiculous athletically for his height.

Yeah I'm not sure if it's a directive or what, but just because you can create a bad shot, doesn't mean you should take a bad shot. Yikes.

I thought it was fascinating watching the difference between them playing their contemporaries and them playing the Olympians. The Olympians got whatever they wanted offensively and while the Select guys missed a couple good looks (particularly Russell and Randle), they were pretty much smoked. On the other hand, when they were playing against the other Select players our young guys looked fantastic.

It's a great way to encourage them as well as sober them a little bit. They know they're as good or better than the players their age, but they've got a long, long way to go before they're All-Star or superstar caliber players.

Rewatched it and man he was almost single-handedly responsible for them getting smoked by the Olympians. Winslow also was not a smart player. We complain about Julius's lack of awareness, I'd say Winslows was even worse. But for Parker though the only three possessions that weren't his fault from that video were the first two. One was a tough shot from George, the second was a dubious call on Julius, and the third was Julius getting beat up in transition. Then in a row:

    - Doesn't crash the offensive glass, slow getting back he fouls Durant on a three point attempt.
    - Sets a screen on nobody, drives into Durant for a turnover, makes a good play defensively, but it still results in free throws for Olympians.
    - Misses badly on a bad shot over Durant, Durant hits a three in his face.
    - Bad shot/turnover surrounded by ALL FIVE Olympian defenders, doesn't hustle back defensively and helps give up a layup as the Select Team scrambles.

YIKES! Four possessions in a row that were his fault.

Yep. Exactly what I saw. My goodness. I know Wiggins is Canadian, but can you imagine replacing him with Parker? The guy just can't seem to do anything right or play within a team construct at all. I'd be disappointed if I was a Bucks fan, and I seen that footage.

And we used to pine for him or Exum or Wiggins. Wow did we do good starting same year as Parker with our picks once we got them and held them.
