    According to Ramona Shelbourne on ESPN710AM earlier today, Ingram has been the most impressive and talked about player from the select team during these practices.

    This whole Team USA thing is magic for our three young guys. Love seeing more PG from Russ, knew he had it in him and he's clearly delegating more with all the talent around him. Randle seems almost built to perfection for FIBA games, if only he can hit that jumper with some consistency. Ingram, just want him to get reps against all this legit NBA talent here.

    Awesome stuff. Irving, DeRozan, Draymond, George, Durant? Getting to go against these guys before Ingram has played an NBA game, getting to go against these guys as a 3 Laker unit, having Pop AND Luke there at the same time to learn from, there is no downside to this.

    yeah, don't know if it's the ball design or what, but ingram's shot looks like it has more backspin here than normally (where it's knuckleball-ish).

    Amazing how being surrounded with great coaching/people has changed the attitude of these young guys. Not being told to go sit down and let the pine talk to you about your growing understanding of NBA basketball has to be a breath of fresh air.

    We aren't contenders, but getting to watch a young team grow under great coaching is a great thing to watch purely from a general basketball standpoint. Our trajectory just went 6 to midnight in one offseason. Pretty cool.

    Crazy part is that Ingram has not played an actual NBA game and he gets the invite. That honor despite not making any of the All Summer League teams? Just crazy...[sarcasm/]
