Man, I can see us winning 2 to 3 games here. Minny Denver and 1 from Sac. Hopefully only 2 and Orlando wins 1
We're playing @ Denver on the second night of a back-to-back. We're highly unlikely to win that game. The Lakers have realistically two more wins left in them: one against Minnesota and maybe one against Sacramento. I think the most they could do is three more wins. Orlando meanwhile is still 1.5 games "behind" us and they've got the Wolves and Knicks left. They'll probably win those two games at least. We aren't going anywhere.
That's strange. Only one source reporting it and it's not coming from the Lakers. Some guy named Shams who works for RealGM. link
Why would we sign him and not one of our own D-League guys who has been playing well? Jamaal Franklin deserves a call-up with us over these last 8 games.
Yes it is. This game and when the Magic play the Knicks one last time are the pressure cooker games for them to win to benefit us.
Tonight is huge. We need them to win AT LEAST one more to stay in 4th. To be honest, probably 2. I think we are winning 3 more.
We will lose that b2b in Denver, but we will win against Minny. Of course, so will Orlando, so it's all good.
Damn. Orlando is doing their part so far. Up 7. It would be so clutch if we could lose to the Wolves while Orlando beats them.
It would be perfect, but it's almost impossible to lose against Minny. Look, ORL are an epic tanking team and they are winning by double digits.
If Rubio and Dieng are back a loss is possible. Still not likely, but the Wolves are a much better team with Rubio running things.
