This is how you do it. I rather suffer for the few reminding games, than put up with this crap for the next few seasons. A great rookie will help us sign a star player in 2016... and who knows, maybe Kobe will give it another "go" thanks to that (if we're close to contending).
I couldn't believe that one and had to talk about it when it happened on Game Day thread. Just insanely awful. What was R. Kelly doing?
Now I'm even more bummed than ever about that three game winning streak. We could be tied right now for number 2 slot.
He was mimicking the Knicks tanking attempt. To be the best, you got to learn from the best. I think he learned well:
He acted like he was trying to get a foul, but... I mean c'mon man. That was embarrassing. The whole crowd moaned in Staples that night. And there wasn't much of a crowd by the way.
Kelly's letting the Laker brass know it's time to trade Randle and extend him for the max. He's putting the world on notice that he has added a slick floater to his arsenal.
Queens @ 6ers Minny @ OKC ORL @ BOS Not expecting much from these tonight. Maybe a win by Orlando, but that's about it.
OMG! Is there any way that could have been a pass to the guy in the corner? Didn't look like it, was way too high for that too. That sucks! Good get.
Very nice tank job by the Lakers!I realized last night I should not be ashamed/ feel guilty of being a Laker fan totally on board with them losing to tank for a top 5 pick. I had started to watch the Cavs Spurs game, it was terrific watching the mano/ mano matchups, Parker/ Irving, Leonard, James, Love/ Duncan......it was tight with both teams making terrific plays on both sides of the court, high intensity, crisp passing, and totally different styles of play to compare.....Then I made the switch to TWC's presentation of the Lakers/ Knicks game. After both teams had thrown up on ton of bricks, turned it over, and over, and over, watching players lost on defense,no blocking out for rebounds, and just a general disinterest towards the game they were playing, I switched it back to the Cavs/ Spurs game and was immediately rewarded with a terrific defensive play by Leonard on James. I stayed with it until the next commercial break, then back to the Lakers/ Knicks. More weak play, so I switched back. I continued to switch back and forth for a while until I realized I just did not care about watching this Laker team. I could care less if any of them are on the team next year, except possibly Clarkson.I was more interested on seeing Jabari Parker play than anybody else, and he just got called up from the D league! So yes I am for tanking, losing, call it what you will because I can't stand watching this team!
Nothin' we didn't already know but good to know we're about as competent at this as the experts at ESPN.
