    Dude. 3 Redbulls right before hard exercise actually sounds downright dangerous. I once took a Redline before a game (it started at like 7:30 in the morning) and I felt my heart beating out of my chest for the first half every time I made a run.

    Well, Kobe was unique. There have only really been 2 people in league history like that: Kobe and Jordan. Steph and Lebron lead in different ways than Jordan and Kobe did. There are more ways to skin a cat. We are never going to get that traditional torch passing moment. I think it will be one of those things where it happens slowly and gradually to where in 5 years we'll be sitting there and look up and just know this is Ingram's team or it's Russell's team. We won't even be able to pinpoint when it happened. It'll just be.

    Kids are ignorant. They don't have the experience to know what good nutrition is and how best to treat their body. They'll find out though.

    BTW, I have little confidence in Tim. Every time I see a Laker working out with him, they're doing crazy s*** with awful form.

    Redline is different and was recalled in some places if I remember correctly. It's marketed as a pre-workout formula but I'm pretty sure it's just a massive load of caffeine. It's probably only good for overnight truck drivers.

    I like him. :) I follow him and read a lot of his material, he knows what's going on.

    But yeah his videos are generally not the greatest. Some of that is the kids' fault and some of that is just he needs to take better videos.

    I think it's just the modern NBA player to be honest with you. It'll be up to Luke to use his experience coaching the Warriors to instill an understanding in the younger players of what they need to do and how hard they need to work to achieve true greatness (if that's their goal). I think Russell has a lot of problems focusing, but if you can get him pointed in the right direction I think he can be great. Hopefully our coaching staff can get him there.

    Lakers get a bye. After that, we play 2, 3 or 4 games:

    Game 1
    - Thursday @7:30 vs. C Bags or Cavs

    Game 2
    - (if we won G1) Saturday @7:00 PM vs. Nets, 76ers, or D-Leaguers
    - (if we lost G1) Friday @7:30 vs. Nuggets, 76ers, or D-Leaguers *TOURNEY OVER*

    Game 3
    - (if we won G2) Sunday @5:00 PM vs. Bulls, Bucks, Mavs, Wizards, Queens, or Hawks
    - (if we lost G2) *TOURNEY OVER*

    Game 4
    - (if we won G3) Monday @6:00 PM vs. TWolves, Spurs, Pelis, Heat, TBlazers, Jazz, Rockets, Warriors, Suns, Raps, or Griz
    - (if we lost G3) *TOURNEY OVER*

    Nope. We should hopefully just have one 2nd Round pick in there. Maybe Ingram/Zubac play just to keep getting reps, but if they don't then I hope we just have Moustapha Fall out there going for 20/20 games with 12 blocks.

    There you go. I knew it was something. I had them a couple times before games and I thought I might die. It's a good way to overwork your heart, dehydrate yourself, and go into cardiac arrest.
