    I'm not saying all that s***. Just like I didn't say "Staples Center". From Staples to now Crypto. They're playing at "Crypto" or "the Crypt".... or just not acknowledging it and keeping it "Staples" depending on mood.

    meh, it's just an arena name

    Never liked changing from legendary ballpark names to other names based upon money, but it's the world we lived in.

    Candlestick Park
    Jack Murphy Stadium are a couple that have changed over times.

    Others that may eventually disappear:

    Lambeau Field
    Turner Field
    Wrigley Field
    Busch Memorial Stadium
    Comiskey Park

    Some organizations have enough bread to keep the name intact, but others will cave to the dollar and rename them all one by one. Age and attrition take some down like the Fabulous Forum.

    Personally I couldn’t care less about the name of any arenas( F TD garden ) … whenever I went to the LAKERS game ( even when they played on the rd at sports arena ) I always said I am going to the LAKERS game … never said hey I am going to staples or the sports arena…
