Dallas currently on a 4 game. Losing streak can it be 5 tonight?... They are 14-23 on the road

Blazers play very competitive ... NO road record is ugly at 13-24

Suns by 10 atleast ... Utah on a 3 game losing streak.... I think phx suns are 15-23 on road

Kings 23-15 at home vs twolves 17-20 on road but twolves full strength but on a b2b vs gsw last.night

Clippers .... Bulls on a b2b but who knows bulls are very athletic kawhi could be out gunned ... If he plays

Mavs got lucky. They have a chance tonight, not a good one with how they've been playing, but still...a chance.

Just go ahead and call it, no need to subject fans to this tonight.

man, NO hit some serious luck lately. got to play 4 straight tanking teams then the clips without PG and now the full-tank blazers.

still incredibly mad we had to play the blazers before they gave up.

anyway, after the portland game, NO should be underdogs in most of their remaining games. gotta hope none of their secondary players has another 10 three pointer game in them...

I'm extremely annoyed at how lucky they've gotten playing all these tanking teams. Luckily their ending schedule is BRUTAL...they'll be lucky to win 2 games tbh.

Glad at least the SUns took care of business...Jazz we will not have to worry about.

Dallas finally got a win but once again Indy is tanking and rested everybody - they got Philly next who decided to rest everyone tonight thankfully so they'll be ready

I dont understand how the f***ing TWOLVES are this good though. They're hanging tough with Kings on the 2nd night of a b2b on the ROAD. Like come the f*** on man they need to lose this game!

Bulls are gonan prolly lose to the CLippers tonight...they're not playing well right now - go figure.

Honestly Lakers just need to ffricking WIN and then theyw on't have to watch anybody. Take care of business and we'll likely be the 6th seed honestly.

Sigh. Another terrible night. 1-4 in games that matter to us, and a couple teams that we were on the verge of overtaking move a half game to a game further away.

This is correct, but I have no confidence in this happening by itself. We need other teams to lose also.

If the Lakers get dropped out of the play in by not winning enough games here on out, it will just be saving them from further embarrassment. That being said, I think they finish in the eighth spot.

Lakers likely to finish 10 th or 11th if they don't win at Sota

Silver thought " ok let's get Doncic in the play-in" but didn't anticipate it may drop the Lakers out of the play-in .

    Weird decision .

Lakers are screwed if NOP finish with 42 wins

Dallas keeping themselves in the mix, and could be 1 Luka tech from a season ending. (again)
Clippers and Pelicans have some momentum at 7-3. Everyone seems to be who they are. 6-4 or 5-5 in the last 10.
7 games remain. And I agree this all comes down to the last day to see if we make the playin game.

yikes. okc is probably only losing 2, maximum 3 more more games. they've got 4 tankers, phx at home, mem at home, and at gs (this is the likely L).

as i said above, NO probably won't be favored by vegas in any of their remaining games, but they're on fire, so who knows.

dal has been playing terribly (ya know, except that one game against us...) and should finish 2-4 or 3-3.

we should go 4-3 to finish. so 9th or 10th depending on whether NO stops having an out of body experience.

we probably eek in with 2 HOF'ers, most of the season with a 3rd.

Overall, just a very disappointing season for fans. Can't see how they can turn it around with so little time left, so hopefully an offseason of shame and embarrassment will motivate them to flip the script a bit.

Several anomalies occurred last night in these losses:

-Batum went 8/10 from 3 (against Bulls)
    - Kings shot 19% from 3 (against Minny)
-Luka got his T overturned and Indy chose to sit Turner, Buddy, Haliburton, and Duarte.

Not a good night. Suns were the only one to get the job done.

Lakers could theoretically still finish anywhere from 5th-14th, more realistically 7th-11th.

I crunched some numbers, and my estimate says 8th at 41-41. Good chance of being tied there, possibly with more than one team.

bpi has us basically finishing in a 3-way tie with NO and okc, which i think would put us 8th, NO 9th, and okc 10th? would have to re-consult tie breakers...

i think okc finishes ahead of us with 42 wins, making us and NO 9 and 10, which is sort of sad/funny.

i have a legit fear that denver, memphis, sacramento, and maybe even ny tank their upcoming games against NO, though. all those teams are pretty much (or will be) locked into their playoff positions. man, that would be a disaster.

Yes, this is correct. Would be:

    8. LAL (3-1 vs NO & 2-1 vs OKC = 5-2, 71%)
    9. NO (1-3 vs LAL & 3-1 vs OKC = 4-4, 50%)
    10. OKC (1-2 vs LAL & 1-3 vs NO = 2-5, 29%)
