Hey guys, I feel like I come on here begging for help lol. Anyways, my friend and I are in the middle of putting together a project we feel has real potential. Law Enforcement is such a regulated industry, but when you can think of something to assist them, and it can catch on, its a freaking gold mine. Anyways, my buddy and I are putting this project together, but we need someone who knows their way around software design/coding or anything else that can help us create a mobile and desktop App. Does anyone here have that type of skill?
