    Houston is up by 20 vs Oklahoma
    Second place is out of question and Houston has nothing to play for rest of regular season vs Lakers,GSW, Clippers and Denver.So basically playoffs seedings completely up to Rockets

    Good win I suppose, but given how this team has looked the recently I don’t have a lot of confidence they can win either of the next two games in OKC. I hope they prove me wrong.

    GSW beats DEN and, as of the night of 4/4/25, all the games have been played and the standings are effing bonkers.

    Lakers are currently #3 in the West. We're 47-30.

    MEM is #8 - a play-in team - and they're at 45-32. I mean, it's nutz!

    No BTBs in the playoffs. Does that favor us? I sorta think so. Yea, a little bit.

    Tomorrow: MEM could lose in DET.
    MAVS are playing Ballmer's toilet rink. Clips have more urgent needs than AD's team, who are gonna be in the play-in.
    T-Wolves are in PHI, a game they really should win.

    Not a ton of consequence from tomorrow's games, but who knows about SUN 6th-SUN 13th? We could be #3. We could be in the play-in. Damn.

    Lakers:
    @OKC
    @OKC
    Right there: we have the most difficult schedule the last week of the season. Then:
    @DAL
    HOU
    @POR

    DEN: kinda nutty: they lost in GSW tonight, fly home for
    IND, then back:
    @SAC
    back home for MEM
    @ HOU

    GSW:
    HOU
    @PHO
    Spurs
    @POR
    Clips
    (From where I sit, of all the teams bunched up around us in the standings, they have the easiest schedule - unless it's the T-Wolves who have it easier? - but who the eff knows.)

    MIN:
    @PHI
    @MIL
    @MEM
    Nets
    Jazz

    Ballmer's Team:
    DAL
    Spurs
    HOU
    @SAC
    @GSW

    MEM:
    @DET
    @CHA
    MIN
    @DEN
    DAL

    In the West, 2 games separate #3 and #8 as of right now.

    In the Least...I mean...East: 14 games separate #3 and #8. The urgency and scramble in the East is long gone. They can rest up. Not so for the West. And it seems it's ever so.

    Looking at these crucial games, I'm nervous. @OKC twice? And HOU. Maybe we'll get lucky and the last game of the season, @POR will be a must-win and we'll play our azzez off.

    Last 8 days gonna be high stress. Stay hydrated, hug your loved ones, and say your Laker prayers. Or if everything falls apart - jit happens - hope for luck in the draft.

    Not gonna lie, it’s nervous time. I’d love to keep the 3 or 4 spot but could also see us dipping down to the 6.

    We’re on the brink of play in if we lost both OKC games. We need to get the 1st one if we want to win at least one.

    That Bulls loss is gonna put a damper on our chances. LeBron needs to be superhuman in the last 5 to atone for his stupidity in that game

    Lakers can't end up in the play-in even with 33 losses , they have all the tie-breakers

    Edit : Unless 1 of Grizz/Wolves ( they'll play each other ) and Clippers win out which is not going to happen .

    Warriors are peaking at the right time and will finish 3rd imo ( and make the WCF)

    Nuggets-Lakers in the 4th-5th matchup and we'll advance .. Nuggets are trash on D

    Warriors need to go the f*** away. People keep talking about them, Den, Okc... but watch out for the clippers. If they stay healthy...

    not through 4 rounds of playoffs. but yeah, i'd want to avoid healthy kawhi in the playoffs at almost any cost.

    He played a total of 4 playoffs game in the latest 3 seasons ..

    I wish him to stay healthy but it's close to impossible with the intensity of the playoffs AND the way the game is played

    I also don't think it's possible for Kawhi to go 7 games in a row against good team at full capacity. He just hasn't done this in years. It will just result in another injury. But when he's healthy, he's extremely dangerous.

    We'll win some, for sure, no worries. Maybe we can steal one against OKC, especially if they rest some key players. First of all, why would they risk injury when this is their season to win it all? Getting some extra time to practice and rest is great for them, plus why show us everything they got at this point?

    Besides, they are only better than us in scoring, defense, shooting percentage, 3pt percentage, rebounding, assists, turnovers, blocks and FT percentage. We got it.

    That's why it's important to face them as late in the PO as possible. GSW and Houston would be a nice 1st and 2nd round matchup.
