Wonderful and enlightening interview. It sounds like we plan on being players in the trade market. Anyone know any disgruntled high-salary players?
Was thinking about the same... We sign Bosh in the off season, lebron and and PG come. We keep Bosh inactive until the playoffs
He’s missed like 3 years? He’s be a good pickup for Golden State type of team, but I can’t see it here.
We need a power forward. We only have 3 young viable starters at the position. We need to bring in a 4th.
If you read the actual article, it's much more FO focused than playing again. I posted it as an idea of signing him to a FO role and using him as a recruiting agent for LeBron and a buddy. Josh also strikes me as a smart guy. Maybe we can groom into a future GM.
Always appreciate your work and insight real. I know that convo was brewing before... Im definitely more than good having a role in the FO and build further connections and relationships around the league. Bosh is a stand up guy... Get him in scouting and having fun. A young ex-players mind is very useful as well. Someone else to FURTHER relate to the teenagers coming into the league etc.
I just realized what I wrote comes off a little nasty. I just meant that the headline is a little misleading. Bosh left open the door of playing again, but he really just talked about being involved in basketball in some fashion. I'd really like if we hired him as a scout or as a player development coach or anything like that.
3 dinosaurs on one team? A Raptor A T-REX And a big lumbering Brookosauras stuck in tar. Moves real slow like.
An interview with Sam Amick, George's mouthpiece when he was forcing his way out of Indiana. Interesting. A solid read too. It was great reading how things came about from his perspective. It was also nice reading an interview from Rob that was deeply layered in religion. Not that there's anything wrong with being religious, but I like seeing different sides of people.
Rob a major part of this morning's L.A. Times Kobe jersey retirement article by Tania Ganguli. Good read. Watch out for the helicopterrrrrrr!! ...... Kobe Bryant returns to Staples Center for jersey retirement, but he never really left http://www.latimes.com/sports/lakers/la-sp-kobe-retirement-20171217-story.html
Armchair psychologists out there .... what do you think Rob's "problem" is? What's his "deal"? That he always wears too small and too tight looking suit jackets? Really not a good look IMO. I think he is a closet Herbalife guy.
