Why couldn’t we just wave Traore? I like his motor, but he’s a 6’8 center, I don’t see a situation where he plays in real games. Quincy may never make it in the league either, but man he can shoot, we’ll just never know now, and if he does make it we have yet another Pippen Jr/Jay Huff situation. Like if we are playing for now AND the future, why do we keep doing stuff like this?
has to be more to the story. like maybe we did his agent a favor by letting him out or something. i don't get it, though. we have three young guards we're developing (sort of, poor jhs), and he's the best of them.
Bad move. Memphis, Chicago or GS is going to sign him guaranteed. He's a NBA shooter. Defends. Is one of the most likeable, easy to root for kids in the league. What's the point of this development program we're developing, exactly?
i woke up still confused about this move and wondering when we're going to get an accounting of the decision making process. i mean, i like traore, but if i had to choose, i'm not hesitating to take olivari.
Still not understanding .... why not Traore!!?? And especially because JJ loves shooters and this kid had strength and good defense potential.
I am NOT happy with this move. I for sure would drop Traore. I would drop Cam or Wood or JHS or Koloko before dumping Q.
I wonder if something happened during his recent stint with the big club that turned the Lakers off on Q. on the outside, this just doesn’t make much sense. He seems like a great prospect with an awesome attitude.
