Looking at the playoff picture atm, everyone above us are losing. IF we win tonight, there's a good chance we can go 4-0 on this road trip, especially with the Ginobili, Lamarcus, & Gasol are all out with injuries. We will be right back in the playoff contention. We also have 2 games remaining against the Nuggets, 1 against the Clippers. This will be interesting.
We need IT to go into MVP IT mode. Or at least 80% MVP mode. Maybe he'll step it up with Josh Hart out? Who are we subbing in for Hart BTW?
SportsNet interviewed Luke yesterday, and he said Ball and IT will play 30+ mins to cover for Hart missing.
As long as Lonzo and IT are both healthy enough to do it. I don't want to risk further injury to either one of them over this. Bad time for that Corey Brewer buyout.
Lets see how ready he has been staying and how professional. He's talked that good game ever since he got here. Of course to be fair he would have a ton of rust. (comments coming .... I can feel it) Not happening though. A chance for them to look at T. Bryant though for some meaningful minutes. Should be worth something to have that.
There's no coming back from this unfortunately .... Once @sirronstuff really gets into you it is over.
I know we wont make it but a great fantasy would be if we did do it on the last gm n we do so n force okc out the playoff...dream scenario lol
Even if the lakers can get a couple games from the 8th seed I think that sends a strong message to PG.
We probably need to win as many games as I predicted (45) to make the playoffs. With 20 games remaining, that means we'd have to finish 17-3 at the very least. If we keep playing the way we've been playing, it's highly unlikely but not impossible.
Next two weeks are going to be pretty tough. Portland who are on a 6 game win streak and always play well against us. Orlando which we've lost to recently. Denver (twice) and they are fighting for a playoff spot. Cleveland, JC and Nance reunion and probably more Lebron/Ball whisper whisper. GSW away game on the second of a back to back. And Miami again, looking at you Winslow.
Yeah, not an easy stretch at all. All eyes will be on Ingram's MRI tomorrow. Really hoping we can have him back in at least a week if not sooner.
